08-03-2026This coat is excellent! It is nice and long, and is great for an extra layer that protects some of the lower body as well. I love that for days when snow pants aren't really necessary, but it's cold. It's also great for during potty training, because there is no fast way to remove a full snow suit or snow pants, when the kid needs to go, lol.It is pretty warm. The title says down, but they mean down alternative. It's 100% synthetic materials.The zipper operates smoothly and doesn't have any snagging points. The sizing is accurate. We spend a lot of time outdoors in all weather. I definitely recommend layering a least a thermal and a sweater underneath it if you'll have them outside for a long time when it is well below freezing. This isn't super heavy. If it's for a 30 minute recess at school, they should probably have more than a t-shirt underneath, as well. For shorter time outdoors, it is good. I'd definitely consider it winter weight, though, not spring, but also not arctic.The stitching is nice and even. It is suitably water resistant. The color matches what is shown online. It seems pretty durable.

08-03-2026No la recomiendo para frío extremo.La chaqueta es muy ligera y no resulta funcional para temperaturas bajo cero. Cuando se moja, deja pasar el frío con facilidad. Puede servir para climas frescos o ventosos, pero no es adecuada para nevadas ni condiciones severas.
