08-03-2026After many years working on computers, my wrists just couldn't handle regular push-ups. These work great to continue the same motion without needing my wrists to be at a 90 degrees angle. They work very well and feel sturdy.

If I had knuckles like King Kong, the distance between the base and handle makes sense... but the 2" really makes doing push-ups harder for someone not quite in-shape. I could do a set of 15 before needing a break... with these I'm lucky to get 6.I suppose I'll build up to it, now that I can do push-ups without tweaking my bad wrist... but if I had any product feedback, lowering the grips even just by 1" would be an improvement.
