Might be okay if you treat the chart as finished garment measurements. The fabric is pretty wimpy and very synthetic looking. It didn't matter for what I had planned, but it might to you

08-03-2026Bought this for a cosplay piece but putting it on, it's pretty comfy and really long on me to keep me warm. I did buy it to be a little big on me so it definitely doesn't fit but that was the point.The coat did have some random white loose threads when I opened but they were easy to pick off. The color matched the picture and is a really nice bright blue and exactly what I needed.

08-03-2026This jacket is definitely an eye catcher for sure! You would have thought I paid like $300 for this, the price is amazing! It’s nice and heavy perfect for the fall and winter for sure! Very comfortable. I highly recommend.

08-03-2026I turned this coat into a uniform costume. It's the perfect color and shape. The fit is great. It is warm. It's amazing value for the money. The collar pops and the lapels are large and very fun. The entire coat is 100% polyester so it's not breathable indoors or in warm weather. Good quality. Medium softness about what you would expect from a wool like material. The silky lining makes it very comfortable. It works great for my costume.
