08-03-2026My 12-year-old son has officially embraced the world of Amazon shopping, and these Boys Cargo Pants were one of his recent finds. He was immediately drawn to the look of them, especially the cool clip detail on the pocket, which he thinks is a great touch.He says they are comfortable to wear. They seem well-made and the cotton material feels like it will hold up well.However, there are a couple of reasons why he didn't give them a full five stars. Firstly, he mentioned that they seem to run a bit larger than his other pants in size 14/16. It's not a huge difference, but noticeable enough for him. Secondly, and this was a bigger point for him, he was disappointed that they don't have a drawstring in addition to the elastic waistband. He prefers having the option to tighten them further for a more secure fit, especially during more active play.Despite these minor drawbacks, he's still wearing them and likes them. If the sizing was a little more consistent and they included a drawstring, these would easily be a 5-star purchase for us. Still, for the style and comfort, they are a good buy.

08-03-2026Purchased to create a Halloween costume. These pants fit the profile or was the closest that i could get for this character (trust me I searched high and low to get this costume together). My son loooooved it so much! He is 7.5 yr old. Got him a size 8 and does not fit snug at all. They actually were quite big. I could have gotten away with a smaller size. They are elastic waist band. Material is of comparable to jogger pants I can purchase at old navy for boys. Loose comfortable fitting. Wore it all night to trick or treat. It kept him warm this night as it was chilly this night where we are at (Hou,Tx). They do have the pockets on the side.Overall he loves the pant so much he wears it regularly now. They have faded a bit after a few washes but I expect that with this kind of material and color.

08-03-2026Bought this for my son who’s 11. He absolutely loved them. Great fi5. Does shrink a bit in the dryer so just take that in consideration. My only concern is the clip on the side. I’m curious to see how long it will last because it’s plastic.
