I use these for light abdominal workouts as well as low weight arm workouts while walking. The Velcro makes it easy to adjust in just a matter of seconds. They do not fall off without me taking them off myself too which is nice!

She appreciates how easy they are to take on and off and to remove/add weight as her physical therapist suggests.
