The clasp is a little difficult to open, but I believe with use will loosen up a little. I had them put the pictures in it for us and I am so glad I did. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself as it is so tiny. It is a little larger than an American dime. Definitely spend the little bit extra and let them do it for you. I had read reviews stating that the chain is rather delicate, but my 18 year old daughter hasn't had an issue yet. She already has a replacement chain if something does happen. Basically, excellent purchase. I would highly recommend SoulMeet to anyone.
