08-03-2026It's a backpack. Good backpack, I like the simplicity of the look. One issue I had is that the cupholders got expanded, and now they're all loose and can't hold anything on their own, but that's it. If they just had those really deep water holders, that'd be nice. As far as backpacks go, this is a good one(?) If there's some secret backpack innovation I'm missing out on this is like a three star, plus I'm sure you can buy another backpack for less than 60 bucks that's just as good, but If you want an assured decent backpack, and you don't really care about the price, this fits that criteria.

08-03-2026I thought Swiss Gear was a company that produced quality items and reasonable customer service. They have struck out on both counts. We bought this backpack for our son to use in college. It lasted about a month and a half. The hanging strap on the top of the bag ripped off and a 5 inch torn area of stitching opened between the two attachment points on the top of the bag. I sent a description to the company's customer service on Saturday. It is now Thursday and we have not been contacted by them or even had the email acknowledged. Very disappointing.

08-03-2026I bought this backpack for work and quality is great, you can clean it easily, the water bottle side pocket is not that tall so small water bottles only, I did bought some elastic band to make it hold bigger water bottles to make it better because I love the size of the bag and don’t want to get any other. It fits a lot of things and the big pocket holds a lot for the size, you can fit a laptop and several notebooks and folders. The backpack is very light and very comfortable.
