08-03-2026Printer came with broken printhead. Half dies not print. Called Zebra. They have the most horrible customer service in the world. I missed the window to return to Amazon. Zebra won't help. Printer should be under warranty. They should replace it or fix it. They initially said it's under warranty and now they are saying it's not under warranty. Horrible company. I will dispute the charge with Amex. This is unacceptable

08-03-2026Great new printer, but seller FAILED to state the words CTP at printer model. The CTP does not work at all with UPS Worldship nor UPS web, not even after a printer factory reset, software that comes with printer useless for UPS, impossible to print as printer can not be recognized for UPS thermal printer driver. Computer do recognize the printer (using windows 10) but unable to use UPS. Note the seller listed product as "Zebra ZP450 (ZP 450)" , not " Zebra ZP450 ctp " . Do not buy! returned.

08-03-2026We print over 3000 labels a month per printer. We have purchased over 12 of these and working out just fine. The semi-auto peel feature is also available and you can find the instruction easily on YouTube.
