I was very disappointed that there were no instructions on how to use it.It came with accessories, but no instructions on how to hook them up to the machine.I "learned" to use it by trial and error and still have no idea what all the machine is capable of doing.The advertisement makes many claims, but doesn't tell how to do it. (I can tell that the booklet was not written by an American!)I haven't had the machine long enough to notice any weight loss, but I have noticed an increase in my energy level after using the machine.

08-03-2026Okay; first, this is my 3rd round when it comes to finding a quality vibration plate that would replace my older year and a half old model that had gone kaput. I tried the same model and received a dud. Refunded by Amazon. Tried a second model that looked like it was fit for a 2nd grader, smelled like it was burning when used and looked as if it were on the verge of falling apart, not to mention the remote didn’t work. Return processed, item picked up by UPS, then this!!!When they say 3rd time is a charm, goodness by golly YES!!!!! This was by far the better quality machine, well worth the extra 50 (second one) and extra 70 !The buttons are quicker and more responsive, the vibration seamless with a quieter motor, sturdy enough to hold me so the proposed weight limit is believable; and I absolutely love it! I didn’t even care if it had a remote (it does but that’s beside the point).After two hugely disappointing orders this one absolutely made my day!I sincerely hope this one lasts as long as my previous one; I can happily say we are off to a great start!Update almost a year later!This joker is STILL going strong! I love it and cannot imagine life without it. More than got my $’s worth!

08-03-2026I would start out slow as it can give you a headache. Start out a few minutes a day until you get used to it. This has really helped with swelling in my feet and ankles since I work from home and sit all day.

08-03-2026I like everything about it except there are not clear instructions on use and the power cord is way too short. I was confined in an awkward area and limited to where i could put it. Also there was nothing listed on the product what type of cord. Found a 25-foot 10/125w.
