This review is for Versed Doctor's Visit Skin Resurfacing Face Mask - Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Face Exfoliant for Dark Spots & Skin Texture - AHA BHA Enzyme Mask to Brighten, Smooth Rejuvenate (3.4 fl oz).This product was amazing after only 1 use. I've started to see unwelcome changes in my face & skin in last year or 2 in spite of a religious skincare regimen. Dark spots, baby wrinkles waiting to eventually give me a shrunken head look. I am at that "woman of a certain age" stage. In my earlier days I used to receive a lot of compliments on what beautiful skin I had. Well, no more. I use at home peel off masks, red light mask therapy, retinol, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, castor oil, Vaseline slugging, derma blading...the whole gamut. I'm sure it has all helped, but I never felt (nor saw) any obvious improvement with the exception of derma blading. That did seem to have the best effect on dark & dry spots. Up till then, I ordered more expensive brand name blades that did the same thing but cost a lot more. Just sayin'...I read & followed Versed's instructions to a tee & I don't know if anyone noticed, but I certainly did. I first washed my face super well, derma bladed my trouble spots & wiped it all down with orange blossom water face toner - 1 of my faves: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UHS7CGU.Applied a thin coat of the skin resurfacing face mask to my face & neck, waited 2-3 minutes. It comes as a yellow/gold gel & a little goes a long way. During those 2-3 minutes, I could feel my face tightening, sort of. I also applied Versed Water Rush Hydrating Eye Gel which is great for older eyes & makes dark circles a little less blaring. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DCMLYGTWashed the mask off & I felt like I was feeling someone else's skin! My face felt smooth, tight, baby soft & evened out its tone some, lifted light dark spots & generally felt marvelous. My makeup went on easier & looked better. This was after *1* application. I'm excited to see what multiple applications will do. The box says use once a week but it's hard to not want to do it again today.I'm completely sold on Versed's products & will be ordering more soon. I also appreciate Amazon carrying this among many other similar products. I live about 2.4 km from a large makeup/salon & while I could go there for my skin care items, I find it's smarter to buy thru Amazon because it's easier to compare one item against others. My face and jaw get really dry and flaky after I shower so I bought this to try to fix it.It does not come with a spatula so I had use my silicone brush to scoop once and then rub the rest on with my fingers and hands if I don’t feel like spreading it with the brush. You don’t need a lot of the product to spread it on your face, I just eyeball the amount but I’d say a quarter size amount is good to spread a thin even layer on your face.I don’t really like the smell but it works really well. There is very slight tingling on my face and jaw when I use it but nothing horrible (If you have any burning sensation please wash it off ASAP).When I used it the first time after I showered, I left it on for 2 minutes and washed it off with cool water. The jelly texture when I washed it off with cool water left my skin feeling so refreshed. My skin was so smooth and there were no more dry flaky skin. I finish off my skincare with the Leneige skin milk and cosrx snail mucin to keep my face moisturized.It says to only use once a week, but my skin is weird and the flakiness comes back so when I use it, I wait wait 3-4 days before I use it again.

This product is not bad, it’s very gentle and would be good for sensitive skin. It certainly isn’t anything you would expect from a doctors visit. It feels nice, but haven’t determined if it’s doing anything yet.

Amazing... I added it to my bedtime routine and this stuff is amazing. Noticeable results after first use. My skin is soft and appears more even. I love this stuff... Simply the best!!!!!

I saw this on a dermatologist's YouTube channel awhile back but didn't buy it because I was skeptical that it would work for my very sensitive and reactive skin. When I saw it on sale recently for under 6 dollars I decided to try it and it is better than I expected. I saw immediate results, literally right after washing it off the first time. My skin was brighter, tighter, and had a glass skin effect. Of course everyone's skin responds differently and has different needs, but it's worth a try even if you have sensitive skin. One of the best skincare products I've tried.
