I bought this product and have used it for 2 months. I really like how I can have my cards in it as well as cash. The only problem I have is that the magnets don't stay attached to my phone. The phone will suddenly fall to the ground because the sticky part of the magnet doesn't stay attached. My phone had no scratches or dents when I began using it, but now it has several dents and I've had to replace the tempered glass twice in 2 months due to cracks across it. I would love this product if the magnet would stay in place, but I've used all of them now and they still won't stay attached!

My phone flew out of this so many times I am surprised it hasn't broken. THe magnet did not adhere well to the phone. THe case is too large for my iphone 14. very disappointed. Have used defendersheild for years, and now I have to find another alternative for my new phone that also protects my body and my phone.

This is a nice case! My hands no longer tingle when I hold my phone now. The magnets work really well keeping the phone in the case, but my phone has flown out once so far. Thankfully I don't drop my phone all that often or I could see this being a problem. I can't talk through the holes in the case like they recommend for emf safety. The person the phone can't hear me. I tried. But it's worth it even if it's not perfect. I'll take as much emf protection as I can get even if it's not 100 percent.

This is a great case for my phone. I like that it has an opening on the back so I can take pics while it’s still in the case. My phone fits very snug without the need for attaching a magnetic strip on the back of my phone. I also like the radiation protection.

Nice color. Works well and protects my phone when I drop it. The strap is nice to hold it and I feel secure with the magnet that my phone won't fall out. It's annoying that I have to take my phone out to take a picture but I deal with it.

We are very careful to minimize the EMF radiation that surrounds many common electronic devices, including cell phones. We chose our LG smart phones for their low radiation compared to other phones. This Defender radiation shield claimed to fit LG phones, among others. It appears to be a well constructed product possibly worth the money, but certainly is not large enough to fit many popular smart phones, including our LG's. This is disappointing and meant we had to return the product. Check size and fit carefully prior to ordering.

The case has helped reduce hand pain quite a bit when using my phone.The magnets however, fell off of my phone within 48 hours despite cleaning the phone well before attaching them. My phone was not protected when it fell out of the case.I wrote the company. They suggested buying a slim silicone case because the magnets adhere better to them. They also said I could BUY new magnets from them. I was not pleased and told them so. This case was expensive!Finally, they said I could "fill out a warranty form" for new magnets since I had cleaned my phone as instructions indicated.I ordered the silicone case. I'll give this one more chance. Our phones are too expensive to play around with something that does not keep them safe.I liked the quick reply, but am not happy about the approach of the customer service rep.Update: I bought the silicone slim case over a month ago and have had zero problems with the magnets holding firmly. I had someone ask if, with the double cases, my phone heated up. I only noticed a little heat during a podcast once. Now I just open the case if I am listening to something long. I have not noticed any phone over-heating doing that.I am raising my rating to a 5 because the arthritis pain I was experiencing in my thumb/wrist area has so significantly reduced since getting this case, that now, I would not choose to be without it.Once day, I was helping my husband with something on his phone (no defender shield case) and the arthritis pain increased; I had to hand it back to him. I picked up my phone and there was no pain. This case has been well worth the money due to the healing I have experienced.

I like that this is keeping me safe from EMF. I also like the built-in wallet. I had one before, and I liked the previous model slightly better. But it did eventually break and it was not at all water resistant. I can tell that they have improved the quality of this one, and it does hold up against the occasional spill or rain which is great. The wallet doesn't hold as much as the old version. If you put more than a few cards in it, you won't be able to close it. I purchased the smallest size because I have an iPhone 12 mini, but it def has some excess space on the top and bottom so it slips around on the magnet pad which is a little annoying. I chose the smaller one, but it's still too big. I kept it because I'm not sure there is a better option out there. Also, it's important to note that if you use some kind of magnetized phone stand in your car, it won't work with the case. You'll have to take the case off to use it. Overall, it accomplishes the purpose it was designed for so I'm happy it exists.

I had great hopes for this "defender shield" to protect against radiation to me, and to protect my phone.Now the reality: My iPhone fit well and the case looks nice. Good start.I began with the two smaller magnets. They are strong magnets that attach to the inside of the case.You peel a protective plastic off the exposed side of the magnet to expose the glue, and stick your phone on to it. Rub hard. Now the phone looks great attached to the case.Only you have to remove the phone with attached magnet to take photos, and while it worked a couple of times, when I removed the phone again, it came away, leaving the magnet stuck to the case, NOT on the phone.Result: The phone stuck briefly, but on the same evening, slid off the shiny back of the case. On to the carpet.I tried re-sticking, then gave up when it was obvious I would have to power-glue the phone to the magnet to work.Summary of experience one: The magnets are MUCH stronger than the glue that attaches said magnets to the case.Experience Two: "Luckily" they supply another magnet, just one big one. So I tried that. This time warming the magnet glue side to soften the stick, then attaching it with vigorous rubbing. Lastly I popped it in the fridge for a little while to seal the glue on the phone-to-magnet glue. Rub again. I thought THIS will have to work.It did, for a day or two. Then the phone fell out (as the case is book style and has no covering around 3 sides. It is open). Having thrown away my former case, I stuck at it, so to speak for 5 more days, until last night when, holding my phone in the case, and getting out of the car, the phone slid out of the case and crashed face up on to the road.Result: The back of my beautiful phone now has a shiver of splintered cracks on the bottom half of it, which continues into the glass on the front of trhe phone in the right-hand corner. So now it is sharp, broken glass on the edge.Summary: If I was a screaming person, I would.So what is the redress? Return the defender case and get a refund? Yes. I am doing that.But who is going to repair my phone? Hundreds of dollars of course.I am listening, who? Was there a guarantee?Silence?Be warned. Horrible experiences.

The magnets do not stick for long to the phone because of the warmth of the phone. The phone slithers around and falls out of the case. Fix that issue and it’s a nice case. Had to return.

quality is nice my husband loves these but also it did fall.out and his screen broke so. Not a great case but good protection.

Bummer. Adhesive magnet doesn't stick to the back of my phone well enough. Really annoying.
