08-03-2026I was initially unsure about this because of the rose petal scent. It goes away after a bit.The hold is between light and medium. I have long hair and use it to maintain the blow dried style. It's my new go-to.

08-03-2026I bought this thinking it was their blow dry balm that I have used for years. It totally ruined my day when I tried this new version of it. I used the recommended amount on wet hair then blowdried it. It wasn’t drying and was super heavy/goopy. I rinsed my hair out twice after that and it still feels gross to touch. I’m super disappointed because this was my go to styling cream. NEVER AGAIN

08-03-2026I usually use a weightless water base gel before I blow dry. I tried this cream and didn’t like it, I felt it looked like I needed to was it again. It made my thick, dyed grey hair look flat and “greasy.” I experimented with the amount I was using but results were the same.

08-03-2026This hair lotion is the perfect solution for a light hold, textured, natural finish to your hair. It dispenses in a lotion form and begins to firm as you work it into your hair. It leaves a natural shine (no glossy look) and is not sticky, stiff or difficult to work into your hair. My only disappointment is that Nexxus appears to be discontinuing this product. I really hope that Nexxus will reconsider that decision. Too many of the hair products on the market today are too liquidity or set too quickly making them difficult to pass from your hands to your hair. There is no good reason to discontinue the product--there is nothing else that works as well. Nexxus just needs to do a better job of promoting the product. Also, the lotion has a nice smell to it.

08-03-2026My husband loves this product! He wears gel in his hair every day. He has tried several products. MOst of them leave his hair looking either wet or crunchy. This gel does not do that. It keeps his hair in place and looking like normal hair without product. I will continue to keep buying this brand. It is hard to find this one in the stores or salons so I will continue buying it on Amazon.
