Complete garbage, don't be fooled. Netting is rubber but hooks easily tangle within netting. Net is overall undersized. Junk
Well made, adjustable, good sized crappie & bass net.
This net is fantastic and I use it all the time, BUT….the screw insert at the head of the handle where the net and the handle meet comes out! The first time I was able to reinstall it and continue using the net. The second time it happened we couldn’t find the insert soo…now I can’t use it anymore. If it weren’t for this design/spec issue this would be the perfect net.
This is my second one and the only problem I have with it is sometimes the fittings come apart from the handle and you have to glue them back on.
Very strong, easy to use, net is flexible and crabs drop out easily, folds as it should. Very pleased.
I ordered the 133" version and after many shipping delays, I finally received it today. Overall, it is a fairly intelligent design, and I like how the segments lock together individually when collapsed. I would like to see a way of securing the collapsed net to the collapsed handle for transport, and some sort of lanyard or shoulder strap would be helpful, but the price wasn't bad and for a telescoping net, it seems pretty solid. This is not for big fish, let's be clear about that, but for up maybe 4 lb bass, trout, catfish, etc, it should be fine. If you catch bigger fish, get a bigger net, or a gaff. This one is fine for urban park, freshwater fishing, for the most part, or light saltwater use. I will update if it self destructs prematurely for no particular reason, but at first assembly and inspection I am pretty happy with it.
I didn’t use yet , but I setup the item and becoming very long handle you can ajuste to different lang with big baske and very good quality, I can wait for good weather in chicago to use it , I’m very happy with my order, and you will not be sorry for ur order, thank again to my seller and Amazon,
I was so surprised at the quality of this net. The carbon fiber made it super strong, but it's not super heavy. It was perfect to catch my smaller koi in our pond.
