It wouldn't turn on at all. Just dark screen. I just mailed it back today.
I bought this Samsung Galaxy A13 5G (Renewed) for my son after he broke his last phone. We purchased it on June 28th and have been using it with MetroPCS — no issues at all getting it activated or set up. It worked right out of the box.So far, it’s been running smoothly for his everyday use — texting, calling, apps, and light gaming. The battery lasts him all day, and the screen is clear and responsive. He hasn’t had a single complaint about it, which says a lot.Pros:• Easy to activate with MetroPCS• Battery holds a solid charge all day• Good screen quality for the price• Works great for basic everyday use• Arrived in like-new conditionMinor Cons:Not as fast as higher-end phones, but it gets the job doneThe fingerprint scanner is a little slow sometimesOverall, this was a great buy as a replacement phone. It saved us money and gave my son everything he needed without sacrificing quality.
Very nice phone I really like it
Uhmmm...I have the exact same phone...Samsung a13 from a legitimate phone dealer and I ordered this one cause my screen shattered and I'm not a fan of change. The battery the phone came doesn't hold charge like the legitimate Samsung did when it was brand new. So probably not a new battery....it didn't come with a charging cord or cube. It did come with a double ended USB c...unless u have c to USB adaptor and your own cube it's useless really unless using it to share files from one phone to another. Screen is in good shape and works fine. Sound and camera is fine. Delivery went very well. It didn't come in the original box either. It's OK for the price I suppose...would have gave it 5 if the battery was new.
Très bon telefhone
My above rating isn't really fair. This is the second of these phones that we purchased. The first phone worked great. It arrived, I popped the SIM card in, and no problem. Last night, I received the second phone, and it was still locked for Verizon (I have AT&T). After spending some time with service, I gave up and am returning the phone. To be fair, I went ahead and ordered another one--hopefully it works like the first. I know that these things happen, but if the seller is going to sell an unlocked phone, they really need to make sure that it is unlocked before sending it out. I was also frustrated that the Amazon service department had no idea how to help me or put me in direct contact with the seller.Updated: So I ordered a second phone, thinking the first one was a fluke. This time, the phone wouldn't even recognize a sim card. After several hours of trouble-shooting, I kept getting reports that "this is not a phone." It's IMEI number did not register. I figured I was doing something wrong, so I took it into AT&T (my service provider) to see what I was doing wrong. I was told that this phone did not have an IMEI number. I was told that it very likely had been a display model which had been stolen from a store. I'm done.
This phone is horrible, it hung up and I could never torn on it again.I put it to charge and it doesn't turn on anymore.
Samsung Galaxy A13 (5G) 64GB 6.5" Display Unlocked - Black is a great cheap cell if you want to outright own a good cell phone this is the one to get it's fast and has many great apps on it just love it. iv looked this up and to me it is amazing. Don't wait to buy yours now
The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G has truly impressed me! For the price, you’re getting an incredible amount of value. This isn't a flagship killer, but it delivers a fantastic experience for everyday users.First off, the 5G connectivity is blazing fast. Streaming videos and downloading files is a breeze. Say goodbye to buffering! The smooth 90Hz display makes scrolling and navigating feel surprisingly fluid for a budget phone. It's a noticeable improvement over standard 60Hz screens and makes a big difference in usability. The battery life is a champion! I can easily get through a full day of moderate to heavy use, and sometimes even stretch it into a second day. That's a huge plus for anyone constantly on the go. And with 15W Adaptive Fast Charging, you can quickly top it up when needed (though a faster charger would be welcome). Now, let's talk about the camera. It's good, but not great. In well-lit conditions, the main camera produces vibrant and detailed photos. The colors really pop! It's perfectly adequate for social media sharing and capturing everyday moments. While low-light performance isn't its strongest suit, it's still decent for the price point. The macro lens adds a fun element for close-up shots! You can capture details you'd otherwise miss.Beyond the basics, I appreciate the expandable storage via microSD card. This is a lifesaver, allowing you to store tons of photos, videos, and apps without worrying about running out of space. The One UI skin is clean, intuitive, and packed with features. Samsung has done a great job optimizing it for this device. The phone runs smoothly and reliably for my day-to-day tasks. Here's a quick recap:Pros:Impressive 5G connectivitySmooth 90Hz displayExcellent battery lifeExpandable storageClean and intuitive One UIAffordable price pointDecent camera for everyday shotsSolid performance for the priceCons:Camera struggles in low lightCharging could be fasterOverall, the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is a fantastic budget-friendly smartphone that delivers on its promises. If you're looking for a reliable phone with 5G connectivity, a smooth display, and great battery life, this is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended!
