To be honest the phone haven't had a issue. Especially internal. Craked phone due to bad outerbox but phone quality, sound quality, battery life ,screen quality, has been great. No complaints

I was always hesitant about ordering used(renewed) phones online, but, after receiving this unit rely quickly, and testing it out, i realize that my fears were unfounded. I ordered the excellent shape status version of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which is what I'm talking about here. I cannot speak as to the 'good' or lower tier versions available. Anyway, the excellent version I received is stunning! If it were in it's social box, I would have thought that it was brand new. No scratches, blemishes or dents anywhere. I love this phone!

Title: Not Truly Unlocked – Only Works in CanadaI purchased this Galaxy phone thinking it was fully unlocked, but unfortunately, it’s only unlocked for use in Canada. I’m in the USA, and when I tried using it with my U.S. SIM card, it either didn’t connect to the network at all or had limited service.Nowhere in the listing did it clearly say that the phone is region-locked or only compatible with Canadian carriers. This should have been made much clearer. While the phone itself looks and feels brand new, it’s pretty much useless to me here in the U.S. unless I get it properly unlocked—which may not be possible depending on the carrier it was originally tied to.Advice: If you’re in the U.S., avoid this model unless you’re sure it supports your carrier and is truly unlocked internationally

This phone was a fantastic buy! I didn't want to get into a long expensive contract with my carrier and am not interested in overpriced phones as soon as they are released. So, when I was shopping for a replacement for my Galaxy 20+ (which I bought renewed directly from Samsung), I turned to Amazon's refurbished listings. It took a while to find what phone I wanted and then what seller I trusted. I knew I wanted an "excellent" phone, and the few dollars difference didn't matter and neither did the color. I finally found this phone from a reputable seller and took the dive and ordered it. It shipped in a very secure box, in its original phone box, with the protective tape on the front as well! This phone was like new. It doesn't look like anybody ever used it. I used my Samsung switch program, switched sim cards, and voila! (Well, not really, Verizon gave me a couple issues but I got it working!) I love this phone and for the money you can't beat it. And this seller is great! If I need anything else I will check to see if they have it first.Side note: The S pen: I keep forgetting I have it and it was not the prime reason I bought this phone. I'm sure I'll start using it more as time goes on. I do keep getting errors that it won't connect and may need to replace it. It is impossible to tell if it is the original pen or a knockoff.

The phone was in exellent condition. It looked new. My only issue was mechanically the phone freezing up several times and I had to use the Spen to restart the phone. Other than that the phone looked new . I had ordered another phone from another seller and I will say that this seller Prime mobility is much better than Chubietech . I got my refund immediately from Prime Mobility which was shipped two days after the one from chubby Tech and I have yet to get my refund from that seller I don't recommend that seller at all and I'm about to make a review on them cuz they're terrible and sold me a phone that was beat up advertised as excellent but beat up anyway I would have kept the phone from this seller if it wasn't for the freezing up of the screen. The battery life on the phone it lasted as long as my Note 10 plus I think it's just a s22 Ultra downfall.

Have to give 1 star because product was defective. The phone had minor scratches on the corners and on the camera edges (not the lens). Once turned on the phone worked beautifully, however, it overheated after using it 10minutes. After reading about this phone model, it seems to be a known problem of this specific model so I wouldn't know whether it was caused by the refurbishing itself.On the other hand the customer care was excellent: once I reported the problem the company replied immediately and accepted a refund with no issues. I think I had bad luck.

El teléfono tiene un error,Se desconecta muy seguido de la red Telcel, por lo tanto se cortan las llamadas, te dice sin conexión de red. Tienes que estar reiniciando constantemente el teléfono para que vuela a tener a tener conexión.

I got the phone but the imei to the phone is a Canada imei number both the eSim and normal Sim imei numbers are and I don't get the full 5g bands due to it being a Canada phone, plus I haven't gotten any major software updates or security updates since getting it. It's stuck on one ui 6.1 and one ui 8 just came out and the security update is still on November of 2024. Please help me with this issue otherwise the phone works great the battery life is excellent
