Work perfectly

Despite cleaning the phone and tool, when under tension the suction cups slowly slid around on the phone such that they would not stay directly opposite from one another, relieving the lift required, even at 50% tension setting. When I used two hands on phone to hold suction cups in correct position opposite one another at 50% suction, the metal screw pulled out of one of the suction cups, rendering the tool useless. The tool is great in concept but ineffective IRL.
