Yes- this tower is very nice. It came wrapped as new, with all of the things that I needed. The keyboard, mouse, cables, and a wi-fi clip. I did have trouble with the monitor. I was trying to use my old monitor, and the monitor plug wouldn't match up, prob. because the computer wasn't hdmi. But that's okay. My computer guy got me a nice re-furbished monitor, with hdmi., and the cables. It works perfect, and is fast to respond. I am really liking it. And I want to thank Std. for the nice job that they did. Thanks again.

Electrically, the computer worked Ok but the top cover was damaged (bubbled and pealing) and the front bezel had an incorrect model number on it (5060 instead of 7070). The case also had gummy adhesive apparently from labels had been removed. Fortunately, I have a good cover and bezel from a 7070 that went bad, so I am keeping this unit rather than rolling the dice and possibly receiving something in worse condition on my next purchase. On my previous attempt at buying a 7070. the unit had a malfunctioning drive activity LED. So I returned that and bought this instead. I really like the 7070 model and the price was good, but I would prefer to have less of a hassle in getting one that both worked well and looked good.

Great machine, but two cons that might leave some people stuck and disappointed.First the potential biggy. The system came with NO power cord. Oops!Also, as other another review stated, the Wi-Fi is NOT built in by DELL as the description states. It is a tiny $5 USB typebut it works just fine and this makes no difference to me, but it might to some.FYI, if you get this machine and the Wi-Fi sees access points but will not connect, try a different USB port. I started with the 4th USB3 (blue) port on the right and no go. I moved it to the first on the left, and it has been solid now for a few days. I don't know why this would happen, but I got it working so no big deal.Neither of those issues flustered me, your mileage may vary.I got this refurb PC because of its 8 core i7-9700, 32GB RAM and 1TB SDD all for a great price.If you have never owned one of these DELL commercial grade machines, you will not be disappointed. The build quality and the heavy sheet metal used in these units is far superior to a discount consumer grade PC. I have had four similar mini towers like this over the years - 2 HP and 2 DELL, but this is the most powerful one yet. The $400 price point makes it a no-brainer for most business and home office uses. It runs Win11, Libre Office, some trading and charting platforms, and FL Studio DAW all at the same time without hesitation. The 32GB RAM no doubt helps with that.The unit arrived well packed for shipping and reasonably clean, though it had what I thought at first was a small scratch on top. This turned out to be a splash of white-out from its past corporate life.As I mentioned above, what could be a showstopper for most users looking for a turnkey machine, this unit arrived with no power cord. Now, having been a PC hardware nerd for decades, I have dozens of the standard power cords laying around, and it did not slow me down a bit. Obviously, though, a power cord should come in the box, and most likely will in yours. I can't imagine they left it out on purpose.I have not tested the included CHEAP wireless keyboard and mouse, but I am sure they are fine for what they are and are probably an upgrade for laptop keyboard users.Great value, in a small, solid package.

cant beat it for the price need to upgrade to windows 11 and wasnt not buying a brand new desktop for over1000!I bought 2 of there refurbished desktop and they perform excellent! They are Dell business class desktops with heavy duty frames and they have never failed!

Very good condition, operates without issues

So far so good. Came packaged well and is a Great Value for the price I paid. I also purchased the additional warranty, it's nice to have that just in case. One of the USB ports does not seem to work but that is ok since it has so many other that it meets my needs. It is quiet and small - fits comfortably on my desk behind my monitor and I still have plenty space to for my two screen step.

This computer was recommended to me by a friend who is in the computer business and it did not disappoint. I was nursing a windows 10 computer that was old and tired and took way to long to boot up. I've been using it for 2 months now, it boots up super fast because of the I gig SSD drive and performs very well! It's a refirb but was package well and flawless cosmetically. Using it for 2 months and I'm very impressed. Windows 11 was a bit of a learning curve but I'm used to it now.. Sound card was not as rich and adjustable as the beats audio I had on the computer it replaced but this was not my use case and it's tolerable for all the money I saved.. Dell support site is great too and updated all my drivers, bios and firmware and the windows 11 updates worked as they should. A great value!!

DON'T PURCHASE THIS unless you want to have high stress and regret any future purchases from Amazon! What a waste of time! The wifi antenna never stayed on...it reminded me of some stupid toy walkie talkie I had in first grade! Windows was never loaded on it so it wouldn't boot. I didn't order a "refurbished" computer yet one was sent. This is absolutely maddening! I ordered the Dell 34" curved monitor which of course, I have to go through the freaking hassle of repackaging so I return that as well.WASTE OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION! BEWARE!
