08-03-2026This PC is renewed. Fast boot up and quick response on all applications. Windows 11 preloaded which was great and data transfer from my old PC was problem-free. A few minor scratches on the cabinet and the inside was very clean. Getting the performance I need and saved $400 versus new. I'm very satisfied.

08-03-2026Took FOREVER with Asurion Protection Plan and with Microsoft to get it set up. Mouse didn't work. Keyboard can't be raised. Computer was making a clicking sound until I turned it upside down. My monitor isn't compatible with it - even with an adapter, the type is pixelated. Now that I have it set up, I haven't had any more problems.

08-03-2026System ran fine for a while, then it just shut down and would not boot. On board diagnostics reported that the hard disk failed. Needless to say I am not a happy camper.To add insult to injury, when I try to get Computer Outlet Deals, customer service to assist, someone named "Jd" says they can't find my order and to contact Amazon. Amazon initially told me to contact the seller. Now no one is willing to work on the issue of a 2 month old purchase not being usable!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER

08-03-2026Had to return for a refund. Wouldn’t boot up just kept spinning in automatic repair for an hour then a pop up stating something is wrong with device.A complete waste of time and money, stay away from this tower!
