Who knows if you will have any warranty on a HP product based on that process.- HP repair process is to swap a refurbished unit in place of a new unit or they take on month to ship a new one- Amazon policy is not to replace electronics, that means you can return it but the $90 off sale price is no-longer availableSummary, I will not purchase HP from amazon again, but I still plan to get a HP printer

Seems to work well; however, a usb cord was not included and I could not find that fact on the Amazon product page or specs.

Connected it to power, connected an ethernet cable to the home network, turned it on and connected to the PC and printed flawlessly. Didn't try Wi-Fi. Quite possibly the easiest setup and the fastest results I've seen in a long time. Print quality is great and well. It's a tad bit loud when printing but a great printer for the price.

Due to the wired connection only, configuration was a bit of a headache. Outside of this print quality is amazing, speed is blazing fast.It lacks: Double-sided printing, which I didn't realize while purchasing it. Not an issue because you can manually perform the action. Just takes a bit of trial and error to get it right.

Trying to find a wireless printer, old school, plug and play was painful! This printer was the perfect find. Easy to use. Plug and play. Prints all, pretty fast. Just need to buy a printer cord, none included. Toners crazy expensive....but that's how is goes. This printer worked perfectly, out of the box and ready to add and use!

Unexpectedly good for a new generation HP printer. Worked right away and no confusing features or mysterious errors.

Got this installed by my IT guy yesterday! It works so smoothly and quickly! There doesn’t seem to be any lag time communicating with my AIO computer (also an HP!). It takes my checks the same way my last printer did and though my old non-HP one served me well for 13+years, it is nice to be up with technology and a good working model! This is just black and white, which is all I need since I have a big color copier when needed for that. It is a nice compact size and has the functions you would basically need for everyday printing!

After only buying HP printers for 20 years, I am absolutely done with them. I cannot print on both sides of the paper unless I use their app which does not work. I used to like HP because you could print immediately after opening it up and plugging it in. This piece of garbage will be replaced with something that does work without playing trouble-shooting all day when I should be fricken printing! All this so that they can control YOUR printer to ensure you buy their supplies. Greedy, stay away.

I have always used HP printers over the years despite the high cost of toner cartridges. I donated an old HP laser printer and replaced it with this one. The old one was hit or miss on print commands, but this one has worked quickly, seamlessly, and consistently with my current operating system of Windows 10. I like the bottom drawer feed, and the envelope feed for printing envelopes with address's, making them easy to read. Before it was plug and pray, but now it's plug and play. Competitively price compared to other brick and mortar office supply stores.

Works great after setup.. a note that when trying to Airprint from an Iphone, make sure your IOS is up to date and the firmware of the printer is current... sometimes you may have to disable your VPN on the Iphone in order to print
