08-03-2026They come put together. They are sturdy wood and made with high quality wood. They are Smooth and have no splinters. The rubber on the bottom makes them not move around at all. They are a bit larger than I expected but I am glad. They hurt my hands doing certain moves but I think that is more just me working on my form.
