08-03-2026I ordered a Large and fit like a Medium. I have used other brands and styles and this one falls short for boxing and kickboxing purposes. I asked my 9 year old daughter to give me a round kick and I felt about 80% of it. She does train in Karate and Kickboxing, but if I had been kicked by one of my training partners I probably would have a cracked rib now.. I gave it 3 stars because it this might be good for kids and it is one of the lowest priced body protectors on the market.

08-03-2026This is a great chest guard and I like that it slips on (instead of fiddling with a buckle), and provides side protection too which is hard to find. The kids at the karate studio were impressed when they saw me wearing it, and they took turns hitting me - the consensus was "it's really hard! Do you even feel anything?!?"I haven't been walloped by an adult yet, but I am confident this product will protect me against most, if not all, opponents!

08-03-2026Two students were read to start fighting in our fight night in my Taekwondo school. They needed their gear. So I ordered two hogues/ chest guards. Bought a large for each it fit them perfectly as one is 5 feet 9” and an average build. The other is a 6’ average build male. Lightweight but they can take a hit. Well made product. Thank you.

08-03-2026Il corpetto è sicuramente dotato di buona imbottitura e credo possa assorbire bene gli urti sebbene, in realtà, non sia riuscito a testarlo in tal senso.Il motivo è che, quando lo indossi, ti accorgi immediatamente che c'è qualcosa che non va! E' il sistema di chiusura che manca della possibilità di regolarlo, stringendolo in vita. In altre parole o sei grande esattamente come il corpetto o non riuscirai a farlo aderire al corpo! Mai visto nulla di più demenziale a livello progettuale. Un mistero come RDX abbia messo in vendita un oggetto totalmente INUTILE come questo. Peccato.

Made absorbing blows much more acceptable. Could probably survive getting hit by a car in this thing. Lasted well, and provided quality protection.
