08-03-2026So this is nifty, if the ratchet holds up. Looks good and is professional for the office and no more "too tight/too loose" games (and punchign an extra hole on belts only does so much). You can get the perfect fit.The belt is made of a Foam core, with PVC/PU wrap. I'm nto saying this is a bad thing - it's going to hold up better than cheap leather and I personally prefer it. But the title is misleading.Put the belt on first and see how much you want to cut off before you make the cut. Their cut marks don't make sense to me. And if you are gonna wear it with pants that have differently-spaced loops, try it on different pants. You can always cut more, but you can't uncut it.

Easy to start tightening , easier to add a quick something extra-- little more snug.. easy to release. Looks great. Not a standout. Made to last. I cannot encourage you enough to get this belt. regardless of size.. It is a fantastic belt. I'm in my 60's - wish I would have had something like this 30 years ago. Get two. you'll be glad. would make a great gift. Being a stand up guy here in Western ILLINOIS Chris G.

08-03-2026I never new that there were (are) belts like these. I am so happy I came across this belt. The color and the leather are perfect. It is very well made and I love how it functions. This is the perfect size for me and I did not need to alter the length at all. It is so easy to insert one end in the buckle and clamp it down. Once it is clamped down it's not going anywhere. Then you simply put the other end through your belt loops of your pants and slide the end through the buckle until the ratchet mechanism makes it snug enough for your comfort. Easy peasy!! When you are ready to loosen it or remove it, or loosen it because you ate too much, you just simply push the level in and wella! The buckle and belt options are great and I love the one I chose The buckle is of high quality and looks to last a lifetime. The buckle also has a very nice finish to it. I never new this type of belt existed. I will for sure be buying another one and another one. Love it! Get ya self one and you won't regret it. Oh yeah, the price is crazy. When I buy belts at big or medium size clothing store, the price exceeds what I paid for this one. Thanks for reading my review. The leather feels high-quality and sturdy, and the ratchet system makes it super easy to get that perfect fit—no more dealing with holes that are always either too tight or too loose!The buckle mechanism clicks smoothly and holds firmly in place all day. It’s a really clever design that lets you adjust the belt in small increments for maximum comfort.Tip for sizing: The belt comes a bit long so you can customize it to your waist. To adjust, just:1. Unclip the buckle from the leather strap (there’s a small latch on the back).2. Measure around your waist to see how much extra length you have.3. Use a pair of sharp scissors to trim a little off the plain end (the side that goes into the buckle).4. Reattach the buckle and test the fit.It’s better to cut off a small amount first—you can always trim a bit more if needed.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. Make sure you pay attention to the advice that you cut the belt two sizes larger than your waste size, and keep the cut as straight as possible (meaning use something very sharp to cut all the way through without issue). The size is accurate in US sizing, so you can trust that luckily.The buckle and material is pretty basic, but definitely is worth the price and will be long lasting.If you've never used a ratchet belt before, definitely make the switch from traditional. You will be happy that you did and it'd so affordable to now. This is a good one to start with. They are so much easier to adjust and way more accurate to your fit. Not to mention how easy they are to put on. Way more comfortable too because of that. I like the deep black of the leather too. Perfect for my color of clothes.I foresee many years ahead with this belt holding up me jeans. I do recommend.
