08-03-2026The product seems OK. I've only used it for a few days and it already needs more air. The instructions are ridiculous. I did figure out how to "blow up" the ball. It isn't intuitive that you need to do that. So take the straw, insert it into the opening and blow. The next challenge is getting the plug in place without losing air. Good luck with that. It is a 9 inch exercise ball. Doesn't smell gross. I have been able to use it for my PT exercises.

08-03-2026This is so handy! It even deflates and comes with a little tool to rein flare. I had a physical therapist come to my home, he used this product for simple exercises. For arms and legs, easy to use.

08-03-2026Works perfectly for my exercise class; I like having my own ball. Inflating it was easy. I did reinflate it after a week to eliminate the wrinkles. Holds the air very well and feels nice. Great price.
