Tanming Women's Notch Lapel Double Breasted Wool Blend Mid Long Pea Trench Coat

This coat is beautiful. It seems very high quality. It feels like a very soft wool externally and satin feel on the inside. I was caught in a rainstorm several times in the same day with this coat and it dried almost instantly, keeping me completely dry. I also wore it with just a tshirt underneath on a chilly day and was very comfortable, not overly warm or chilly at all. It doesn't seem to wrinkle. It's very classy.

I ordered the recommended size, and I should have trusted my instincts and gone up a size. I am very apple shaped (large bust, belly, small hips, flat butt), and tops, coats, and dresses are typically too large in the hip area and/or too small in the chest area (I am 5'6", bra size 34G). I ordered this in a large, and it fit opposite of the problem I normally have - it was tight in my hip area and fit well in the bust area. So I see this coat being even more of an issue with someone who has a pear shape. It was too long in the arms for me, but I do have short arms. Overall, it is a great coat for the cost, especially on sale. I like the length. A simple wool coat such as this can certainly go with a lot and pull an outfit together. I am going to order the XL and see if it fits better.

I bought so many coats that were expensive and turns out this one was the best! It’s nice and fitted and I can comfortably put a hoodie or heavy sweater under it. The jacket is the perfect length and so flattering. 1000% would buy again!

It’s a beautiful coat. Quality is excellent. It fits true to size on the top but a curvy woman may feel too snug around the middle and thigh area. Debating whether to send it back.

Surprisingly lovely; very good quality and the sizing is on point. The sleeves are long enough and that’s a plus!

After purchasing "affordable" products like this, I tend to think that sometimes a higher price point or an established brand name does offer a better quality product.Here are my observations:Pros:Price point: affordableOuter fabric quality: warm, sturdy, and thickLook: A stylish, neutral look that you can layer up and style as needed (Mind you, this is about the black coat that I purchased)Cons:Inner lining: Flimsy fabric that tore within a year of purchase. I bought this coat in Jan 2024 and used it during the colder days (no use in summer obviously). Picked this up again in Nov 2024, and after a couple of uses, the inner lining tore in a couple of places (see images for middle back seam and right arm hole).Comprise quality for price: I purchased this coat to have an affordable yet long-lasting piece of winter clothing, but I now have to think about purchasing from a better brand.Hope this helps.

Shoulders are a tad broad but the coat fits well and the quality is actually quite good, the coat is heavy and thick but not overwhelming. I wear it in a Canadian winter if I’m just going to and from bit of I’m out for a few hours I wouldn’t unless you layer with it. Super cute though!! I also love the deep pockets nothing falls out even though there isn’t zippers on them, it’s elegant but timeless. I’m 5’1 145lbs and got a medium

If you order the correct size, this coat is beautiful. My wife is 5' 6", 180, we ordered XL and the sleeves are correct and length are correct . All proportions are correct. Great item.

This coat is beautiful and looks like it cost much more than it did. I’m in this pic with my husband who is wearing a very expensive coat and even standing up close you can’t tell any difference in the fabric. (I probably should have steamed it a bit because you can see fold marks in the fabric but that eventually went away with just wearing it for a few hours) It drapes beautifully and has roomy pockets. I love that it is lined and feels high end. I am 5’4”, 155 lbs and wear a large usually but I went with the advice of other buyers and sized up and it fit perfectly. A size down would have technically fit, but with the ability to only wear thin shirts under it and not button comfortably. The XL gave me plenty of room in the shoulders so it didn’t pull across the back and fell nicely over by butt with no bunching. The length hit right around my knees, maybe slightly below, so the coat had a very dramatic look and attracted so many compliments each time I’ve worn it. I think it definitely leans more dressy for my particular style but could easily be styled more casually to give an elevated look to any outfit. The coat is warm and kept out the biting wind but I didn’t feel overheated. All in all I feel like this gorgeous coat is a versatile, stylish and affordable addition to my wardrobe. I think I’d also like it in different colors, especially the red or blue.
