08-03-2026I was so excited to get this! And then I wasn't. This came as a dry bag, not a shred pack. Totally different. I'm really not sure what to make of it all. It came in a bag that had the harness and the Shred Pak paper instructions. The dry bag has two plastic attachments at the base of the bag. If they thought that was a good replacement for the shred pak, guess again. Clearly it would not wear the same. I'm trying to get a replacement. We will see if it's the real deal or not. I'm pretty disappointed I have to go through the hassle as I had plans to train with it today. Just weird.Update:They sent me a "replacement", which ended up being the same exact thing from the first. This business had failed to reach out with ANY communication whatsoever. Zero explanation. So buyer beware, you'll get what I got, not the real thing as far as the bag goes. I really am concerned over the lower plastic buckle attachment at the base of the bag on one side causing the bag to tear and for the product to fail quicker. I love the concept, but bad execution. They need to update the product listing to reflect the changes they've made.

08-03-2026This is a great kit for working out at home. You just need sand to wait everything. It's designed to challenge several different muscle groups.I saw for a lot of the stars in the movie 300 were training with similar equipment instead of regular free weights and they're trying to be talking about how effective it was for full body development. It's definitely equipment that is as challenging as you want it to be!The harnesses and everything are strong and really really reinforced so they can handle the weight. I'm very pleased with the set.

08-03-2026Have used maybe 10-15 times and there is a hole in it so I can no longer use it with water to add weight, definitely not tear proof/ripstop!

08-03-2026This is a pretty nice exercise setup. The instructions said it came with a water bladder, but I didn’t fine one. That being said, the main sack seems to be waterproof, and if you roll it at the top it keeps the water in really well.I am a pretty wide body, and I am able to fasten all of the clips I need to around my stomach/chest. The pads on the straps are fine, but the harness in general doesn’t feel like it is built to last.The clasps are solid, and the handles for some of the other exercise options are well crafted.For the price it is a pretty solid buy. I coach football so I am excited to use this to help my players improve their explosiveness. For that, it seems to work really well, even if the video of me running looks like someone doing the most unnatural thing ever. That is how I run regardless.
