08-03-2026This is my 2nd re-furb unit in my Home Network and I'm very happy with both the hardware and the customer service I've received in getting it shipped earlier than expected. It arrived days ahead of time due to several nice conversations with the representative at TekRefurbs - Thank You guys! It was well packaged and there was no damage during shipment.The unit itself booted right up, connected to my network via hard-wired Ethernet cable even though it has wireless functionality, and off to the races I went in setting it up for my needs. It is a very fast CPU, has tons of DRAM memory (32GB) and works seamlessly in my Home Network. I have several hard drives Mapped together in my network around the house so that I have a common backup drive for files and photos and this PC mapped into it quite nicely. It does have Windows 11 OS where my other PC's are Windows 10-Pro and although there are differences in the overall "feel" of the Windows versions, they all play nicely together in the end.In summation, this unit is as advertised, no surprises in functionality, everything works well, fast shipping, good support from manufacturer and I'm writing this review from this PC that I ordered. Thanks again to all for getting me an excellent PC at a very decent price!

08-03-2026Great computer. The other refurbished Dell OptiPlex I had lasted over 8 years. It still runs but I wanted a newer modal with W11 and this one is fast and just what I wanted. Although it came in with an issue I resolved it quickly. Whoever worked on it last left the Broadband enabled with WIFI and Ethernet Disabled..!!! And that's how it shipped folks.I'm sure customer's who received these and couldn't get internet access or WIFI after numerous attempts thought the computer was defective.

08-03-2026Mine did not even boot up. According to some other feed back the i7 chipset wont support windows 11. Seller should know this. Waisted time and money. Its said you get what you paid for.That may be true but what about sellers advertizing preloaded with windows 11. I bought one from another window and had same problem. Junk!One star rating is not low enough. Anyone doughts this is legit I have the screen pictures to back up what I say.

08-03-2026I'm very happy with the tower for the price. It came configured as advertised and seemed to be brand new. It took a couple of attempts to get it to find my wifi network, but once it did, setup was easy. I bought a new copy of Microsoft Office 2024 and it installed with no issues. The only complaint I have is that the wireless keyboard it came with is a piece of junk. Laggy, glitchy, almost completely unusable in Chrome. Research indicates that these are super prone to interference that will produce the problems I was seeing. So I'm back to my old wired keyboard, no big deal. UPDATE after three weeks - I don't fault this vendor, but Windows 11 is fairly glitchy, especially if you need to use Wi-Fi with this box to connect to the Internet. The Wi-Fi on this box was dropping constantly, a common complaint with Windows 11. Three days ago I was so fed up that I ran an ethernet cable from my router to my office and now have a hardwired connection that is stable and fast. I would avoid this tower if Wi-Fi is your only option.

08-03-2026Exceeded expectations.All as promised.Computer truly exceeded my expectations.Windows 11 Pro installed.Am able to get windows updates, fully functioning OS.Solid platform at an amazing price.Delivery was two days early.It was missing the dongle for wireless mouse but I wasn’t going to use it as I have a very nice wireless mouse already. Not a big deal for me.Very happy with my purchase.Highly recommended.All my computers are refurbished, don’t waste the money on a new machine.I run Linux on everything else but need one Windows machine around. This one is dedicated to CAD and 3D printers. Plenty of computer for CAD.Thank so much!

08-03-2026I use this PC to stream videos like YouTube, Prime or Netflix to my reliever, then to my TV. I use a RII mini keyboard/mouse combo with a USB connection. The sound and the Display are very good. It's a Windows 11 machine that's very affordable. It works well for me.

I had a problem trying to get my screen to turn off automatically using Windows power manager, and while looking for solutions learned that this machine has a Gen 6 processor that is not officially by Windows 11. So, mine worked but beware that future Windows updates could be risky.
