08-03-2026Unfortunately I already used one package for my two bottles before I noticed the second package was unsealed and the cap gone for one of the tube containers. So I can't send it back. And I can't use those two sticks. Very disappointed. I will probably order again because I like the sticks and the flavor, but I will be extremely careful and if it happens again I'll stop ordering. Unsafe to use such a product.

08-03-2026Not quite 9.5 but definitely does raise the alkali to nine at least.Did a test on regular tapwater, bottled water, alkali stick in the tap water. Add pictures of the testing below. It definitely increased the tap water pH.Definitely need to shake it around in the water though to be able to get it up to that pH. Because I put one of the sticks into a 5 gallon water jug in my water machine and tested it after it’s been in there quite a while and the pH was only 7 unless I shook the jug quite a bit then it went up.

08-03-2026They really adjust the taste of water so it feels cleaner and fresh as you drink it... I've bought other ones before but I like these and you can boil and clean them so they are like new each week!

08-03-2026I've used these for months in the same pitcher that I keep in my refrigerator. I add water from my faucet as I use it out of the pitcher. Just did a reliable water test and it is alkaline exactly as it should be. I like the size and shape, you hardly know they are in there, they don't get it the way of pouring out water. Function just as they should. I'm impressed.

08-03-2026The product did not perform as advertised. I tested it repeatedly followed the instructions to. I am extremely good at evaluating products, and this one does not cut it. It did not raise the alkalinity of the water more than half a point super disappointed.

08-03-2026I use this as part of a filtering system to help normalize my groundwater. Unfortunately the groundwater at my house is fairly low quality and has a bit of a bad taste to it. It's also slightly on the acidic side. This helps with that acidity but I don't find that it really helps with anything else. That being said, I find that it's quite effective.
