08-03-2026Didnt expect much. But gotta say showed up and inspected it for condition and not a scratch ding or loose part. Powered up and eat it up wverything works as intended . replaced a 8 month old motorola phone that was glitchy from day one and slow. This phone loads web instant and links via bt fast as heck. I dont but new or latest greatest model. But this one plays games like fortnite and all no issues and works flawless no hiccups and battery last all day even with messing around for 5 hrs straight on it

08-03-2026I bought this phone for 204$ and the phone was great for a whole 2 weeks then the battery died. Wouldn't charge at all. I sent the phone back within the return window and low and behold I got got.They charged me $190 restocking fee. So I got a whole $14 back. Woohoo I'm so glad this billion dollar company had to pay someone 190$ to take a phone out of a box. You could be next.

08-03-2026Defective product: incompatible logic board, no signal from the startUnfortunately, the device arrived with a signal issue. After a technical inspection, it was determined that the cause was an incompatible logic board: the phone had an SM-G990B (S21FE) board installed, while all other components matched the SM-G990U (S21FE) model.This resulted in a total lack of signal from the very beginning, which is unacceptable for a device that was supposedly tested before shipping. I had to incur an additional expense of $50 to replace the incompatible component, which was both disappointing and frustrating.I’m attaching a photo of the replaced logic board as evidence. I believe there should be more thorough internal compatibility checks before sending products to customers.I kindly request compensation or a refund for the cost incurred to fix the issue.

08-03-2026The one ui home isn’t working, had to download another home launcher to use this phone because that was headache. It has minor scratches but that’s not an issue. It is working ok thus far, will update in a few months
