08-03-2026Good line, ever bit as good or better than the big name lines. But you must use a knot specifically designed for braided line such as the Fishing Fool knot however I use the Double Palomar knot because it's simpler and works very well. Would buy again.

08-03-2026Durable and lasts a long time. Coating does come off and fling dye everywhere in salt water. Pre soak before putting on the spool. Honestly dont think ill buy again.

08-03-2026I've been thinking about getting this braid for a while now because of the price, but the right chance hasn't come up. However, after I created a new setup for surf fishing, I figured I had spent enough money already and wanted to get some cheap braid, so I finally bought this stuff. I got 500 yards of 50lb braid for only 20$, which is an amazing deal. And it's a good braid too it's really strong, smooth, and light, everything you want in a braid. Filled my 11000 size spool and tried this line in the surf, and it works great, this stuff holds well, so it was really easy to tie my Alberto knot. I also really enjoy this "blue camo" color because it reminds me of ocean colors, which is why I picked it for my surf reel, with the bonus that it's easy to see for me and the people walking on the beach. It casts very smoothly and very far with ease. There were a couple of times I messed up my surf cast with a very heavy load on (which can definitely break your line, knot, etc), but it didn't even break. I was amazed thinking I lost my rig, but it was still there. Never even got a wind not in 15 mph winds either.
