08-03-2026the very hungry caterpillar and eric carle books are a favorite of my nephew, and he was very happy with this. it's very soft, and seemed to be pretty well made. although some of the fabric under the plush seemed a little thin, it seemed like it was much higher quality than some of the other brands that sell a similar toy.

08-03-2026This is not a licensed toy. But from the quality, you wouldn't know that. Everyone who sees it recognizes the character. It's very soft and colorful, made from quality materials, and looks identical to the licensed toys sold at our local bookstore, minus the brand name badge. We've had it for almost a year. It's our one year olds favorite toy and it still looks good as new. I've machine washed it when it got particularly messy as kids toys do, then I let it air dry. Perfect size for a little one to hold or to place on a bookshelf for decoration. Highly recommend.
