First of all I am 5' 5" and 125 pounds. I find this exercise machine to be on the small size. The back either is straight up and down or leans way back. They need to make it so it is somewhere inbetween if you want to do a workout without laying totally flat or sitting straight up and down. To be able to do leg curls on it the part of the bench you sit on is too small so you can't get the needed distance. It just is not sized right. I am still keeping it because of the price and the fact that I like the chain that comes with it and I can still do exercises with my arms and the weights. I think overall it is not very sturdy. You have to have at least 30 pounds of weights on it so it will work. The smaller 5 pound weights are useless. I do not see this machine working for taller bigger people.

The design makes it impossible to use. I have been exercising daily for the last 7-8 years so I was looking to improve my home setup. However, purchasing this machine has been an unpleasant experience. I’m only 5’6” tall, and there’s no way to use the leg extension nor the biceps curl attachments. The range of motion is almost null and is impossible to exercise with it. The quality of the frame and screws is also terrible. The cheap screws lost their threads and got so worn-out during assembly, that is now impossible to disassemble it for return. It’s going straight to the junkyard. I’m just disappointed at Amazon for allowing these kinds of products to be sold under their name.

So after much scoping around looking for a proper bench with a leg developer, I came across this little gem. Eager to purchase said bench I then glazed across the reviews. To my suprise there were a lot of negatives to this product stating the condition of it, the lack of fixings, the sturdiness and also the movement range.This sent me back on the path of endless Google searches etc, but I thought, do you know what, what they hey. If it needs a little adjustment I can manage that, so went ahead and bought it.It arrived a day early and to was packaged well.Initially checked to see if all parts were within the confines of the large box, and yes they were.Assembly was pretty easy, although the supplied spanners are thin so may need strong hands or gloves to tighten nuts and bolts.Had it up in about 10 minutes and I can't say I am at all disappointed.Absolute sturdy bit of kit, all the leg parts are fully adjustableto suit my build as well as my partner's. You can even take the leg developer parts off and just have the bench if needs be.All in all I can say I am well happy and am glad I swayed off all them ney sayers.

Easy to put together, just perfect for our needs

El banco es robusto y tiene un montón de cosas, pero algunas no están pensadas si mides 185cm, como hacer piernas o bíceps, pero por el resto esta bien. Es grande , así que contad co bastante espacio para guardarla. De montar es fácil, es un rato pero sin problema. Lo recomiendo. Le daría 5 si fuera algo pensado para gente con un tamaño superior a 175 m.

El banco es bastante bajo como para hacer extensión de pierna, toca idearselas con un cojin para obtener más altura y poder hacer el ejercicio. Mido 1.75 MTS. El ejercicio de brazo de la imagen no es posible ejecutarlo, el gancho que se suministra para ello no es práctico. Respecto a la calidad de los materiales es bueno. No trae consigo un manual de armado, toca armarlo con la imagen de la publicación e intuición.

It’s misleading. I ordered the one that cost more because it came with weights, but no weights came. There was a nut missing. There is three round cylinder foam things that go over the bars and they’re supposed to be six. It was easy enough to assemble, but it’s a little sloppy. I could possibly tighten it with washers, but you’re supposed to use a pin and that is kind of hard to tighten up with that little pin.What’s really frustrating is I ordered the one that was more expensive because it came with weight at least it makes you think it comes with weights. I did not get any weight.

For the price, it's great! The quality of the build is actually really good and everything functions really well. Building it out of the box didn't take me too long to put together, I did it alone and it took me a little less than an hour. It's really easy to build. I've used it for a couple times now and it's really great for a home workout. It's small but not too small, it's the right size for this type of thing. I recommend it.
