Very sturdy bench! It holds weight very well and I feel it’s safe to lay on while benching higher weights. I’d say foldability is a bit annoying at times but worth for it the quality and compact folding

Perfect bench for those home workouts. It folds up relatively easy as you just need to pull out a few pins and it folds up. It doesn't take much space and can easily be store under a bed, in a linen closet etc. the material feels good and it's sturdy enough for my workouts at 195 lb.

This thing is worth every penny. Havent tested it with weights but i did test all the agnles for shoulders, incline flat and even decline to do abs-its freakin as awesome piece of equipment and the best part about it that it folds and you easily store it in your closed, its one of the very best buys amongst hundreds of them on amazon…

Nice...easy instalation and work perfect

It is light and was easy to assemble but the hooks to put in to support it are not the best quality. And I have to check every time before use if they fell out or not. The bench is small. I’m 5’2 and it is perfect for me but idk if it would work for someone who is taller/bigger than me. It inclined well and the padding is sufficient. Great for my need I just wish the it was slightly more secure.

Quick and easy to put together (couple of pins). Holds my weight (280lbs) when lifting heavy weights. Nice and sturdy.

O banco é excelente o material, mas recomendaria ajustar a junção das almofadas pois quando fazemos abdominal pega nas costas o ferro do meio. De forma geral estou muito satisfeita com o banco.

I think I paid $60 for this bench. I think it is worth that. It was extremely easy to assemble, I think there were two screws and two pins. The metal frame underneath the bench seems sturdy. It does not wobble when I sit on it, when I do single arm rows, when I do dumbell pullovers, etc. The padding is not super thick, but I find it comfortable enough. My only note of caution to buyers--I am 5'8ish and medium build, and for me this is just big enough. If you are tall or very large build or are on the 'wider' side or all that combined, this may not be the right bench. It is somewhat narrow and on the shorter side. It is not the size of a typical professional gym bench. But very sturdy and good for the price. It gets the job done, and if I scratch it or or leave an imprint from dumbbells on it, I won't be bothered very much.

Llego a tiempo, mido 1.80 metros, y 120 kg y me ha quedado cómodo al momento de sentarme en el, se siente resistente, hasta ahora no tiene juego, es muy fácil de armar y de plegar, no ocupa tanto espacio plegado, al momento de armarlo sentado hay que poner dos pasadores, uno en el doblez donde van las rodillas y el otro en el respaldo reclinable, eso si, debes fijarte muy bien cada que te pares y sientes que están bien colocados esos pasadores, ya que solo van a atravesados y pueden salirse, si eso sucede el banco colapsara y se desarmara o plegara, por esa razón no me animo a meter los pies en las esponjas para pies, ya que si se llegase a desarmar te romperá los pies si o si al caer.El banco en su respaldo se sostiene con unos dientes, me gustaría esten mas altos o saltados para mayor seguridad, me da la impresión que aveces se correra de los dientes y se ira de espaldas, yo cada vez que me siento o acuesto lo pruebo antes muy bien. Cuando se reclina en su punto más bajo queda algo incómodo, ya que solo se reclina la espalda y no el asiento, sin embargo se agradece que tenga ese ángulo de inclinación.Me parece un buen banco para casa, nada de uso rudo o de gym profesional, no creo animarme a realizar un pres de pecho con una barra bien cargada, pero si lo realizo con mancuernas. Al momento de doblarlo lo puedes cargar con una correa que ayuda bastante para mover el banco desarmado.Recomendado para gym de casa, no para uso rudo y vigilar que este todo bien puesto cada vez que lo vayas a utilizar, más si son adultos por que se les puede olvidar revisar los pasadores.

Very easy to assemble (took maybe 30 seconds). I am male, 5'10" (178cm) tall, weight 185lbs (84kg) and I have no problem using this at all. My head doesn't try to hang off or anything. It feels sturdy enough for me, but I am not lifting a huge amount of weight with it. I mainly wanted something for light strength training as part of a physical therapy program.I really like that it can fold up fairly tight to go under a bed or just in a corner. I keep it in my guest room, so when a guest comes over, that's what I do.The foam top is stiff but comfortable enough for a workout.

This was super easy to set up, love that it folds away, and like all the adjustable angles for my apartment workouts, like 45º one arm "preacher curls" and 60º incline presses. Sturdy, well padded and quality construction. Great price.
