No es buena
It does not work good, you feel pain but it doesn't take the hair.
I had LOVED this epilator. It was light, it worked quickly, it fit the areas i needed it to... However, the second time I went to charge it (mind you, this was after multiple uses of the charge out of the box and the first charge) I went to plug it in and the port on the device collapsed into the epilator!I was devastated. There is no way to open the device to attempt to fix the port to put it back into place. I thought it was great while it lasted, but beware, it is delicate for a tool that rips out your hair!
EXCELENTE PRODUCTO DE MUY BUENA CALIDAD-PRECIO
This is a great epilator. It is practical for travel and for home. I have not had any irritations from it nor does it hurt when using it. The only thing I wish it had, is more tweezers on it. I have the Emjoi epilator. It has 72 tweezers on it. It yanks out the hair fast in one swipe. I was able to finish my legs in no time. The VOGOE epilator yanks out the hair, but I do need to go over the same area a second time for those hairs that might be left behind. But, it leaves the legs beautifully hairless. This epilator has less tweezers for yanking. I do appreciate that it includes others heads to use; However, I have not used them. The VOGOE epilator is a good value. The only reason I do not use the Emjoi is because I need a new tweezer head to it. They become dull and stop working after using them for awhile. The Emjoi company seems to be out of stock of tweezer heads or is going out of business. I haven't been able to get a tweezer head replacement like in the past. It's a shame because their products were great. But the VOGOE is a good substitution, maybe in the near future they may make a 72 tweezer head.
The epilator head barely works, it doesn’t pull out hair well. However, it’s less noisy than all other brands.
First off, this product works fantastic at removing the fine, thin hairs on my face. So smooth. It hurts a bit, but that is to be expected with an epilator. However, I have some thicker, darker hairs from picking at my face too much, which was the main reason I bought this product. It does pretty poorly at being able to pluck those hairs, so I am a bit disappointed with the product. I would give it 3.5/5 if possible. The hairs also have to be decently long for this to work, which may be the reason the picked at/shorter hairs weren't plucked to my full satisfaction. Overall, it is a decent product I will definitely keep, but just remember it is not an ends all be all solution
If you’ve got PCOS and are sick of tweezing daily, (like me) this thing actually works!! It cleared my entire face in only ~15 minutes. I took it slow, held my skin TIGHT, and ended up with no red bumps—and I probably won’t need to do it again for at least a couple weeks!! So worth itMechanically, this model uses Y-shaped metal tips that pinch shut as the drum spins, unlike the $200 Brau(nd)-style epilators that use L-shaped levers against ceramic/plastic. [See Video & Image1&2 for tweezing mechanism detail]I will say the metal parts look well made, solid, and smooth. Surprisingly high build quality for the price. This is the first epilator I’ve owned (after comparing models for way too long) so I haven’t tried the Brau(nd), but in case if you have I wanted to point out this model has a totally different mechanism. The epilator head's drum spins toward the power switch, so always keep the on/off switch facing UP while using, and move slowly against hair growth. DON'T PRESS DOWN HARD! Instead, tilt it gently until the hair catches (up or side-to-side). I had better luck using the slow speed, working in sections, and brushing out hairs as I went. A hot towel before starting helped a lot too. (thank me later)I'm used to daily tweezing so this wasn't too uncomfortable. It feels like tiny zaps—more than tweezing, but way less than laser. My upper lip stung a little, but it wasn’t bad.I picked this model epilator because the head is small enough for facial hair without needing a separate “precision cap," strong enough to defeat my Man Beard [See Last Image], but still flat & wide enough to use anywhere else. This one can also be used on longer hair without trimming, as long as the hair is standing up. Just keep the motor body level with or above the head—if you angle it downward, it won’t grab anything.Afterwards I washed with acne scrub, pat dry, and dabbed a little astringent/toner on a few spots and I have ZERO irritation! Now my face is baby smooth without any bumps or redness. Highly recommend this method ^_^Warning: DO NOT GET THIS WET!!The body is NOT sealed and the heads are oiled & not waterproof. Just brush it clean with the included brush. If you must rinse the heads (or if parts start rubbing together) disconnect the head from the body first, rinse/clean, let dry it out completely, and then add a drop of mineral oil to the underside gears; just to prolong the lifespan and keep it all spinning freely. But with proper care you shouldn't need to do that for a while.[Look @ 2nd-to-last/penultimate Image to see what I mean about oil & waterproofing. The underside of every head looks like that.]I haven’t tried the massage head [Image 5] or foot scrubber yet, but they seem decent. The callus head looks properly gritty [Image 4]TL;DRFirst epilator I’ve ever used and it cleared my thick PCOS facial hair with no bumps or issues. Just start with clean & dry skin, use a hot towel, hold skin tight, and go slow against the grain. Brush out hair as you go & KEEP IT DRY!Works great — 5/5
It does what it advertises. It seems to work pretty well, but it's not the answer to the problem. But the unit ran well and it did live up to its advertisement. Don't know if I would recommend it, but I definitely wouldn't warn you against it.
If you're old enough, maybe you remember the brutal device that was the original Epilady, about 35 years ago - a handheld device that had a coil of tightly wound spring that did a terrible job of removing hair. The modern version is smaller and a more comfortably hand-hand size. Fully charge this up, and run it at top speed - it does the job and does it well. Now, you're NOT going to get ALL the hair at one pass, and the rougher/coarser the hair, the better it works. Areas I found it worked best/fastest - armpits & groin. (For me, the armpits were nearly pain-free; other areas vary.) Legs seem to take several passages, but gets the job done. Chin it's pretty effective, but again, several passes to do a thorough job. If you soak in the tub for maybe 10-15 minutes before you try to do hair removal, or apply a hot wet compress to the area you plan to work on (ie. chin, armpits), it seems to help lessen the pain of the hair removal; but make sure your skin/hair is fully dry before going at it.Inexpensive and a good size; a full charge lasts a few hours. Works best when fully charged/running at top speed. Would buy again.Side note - I have only tried the hair removal head; I haven't tried the shaver, massager, or callus remover. Pretty easy to swap heads, though.

Why did I feel slight irritation during the first few epilation?
Slight irritation/redness of the skin it's normal at the first use, as your skin need to adapt to the new shaving system. For those using epilator for the first time, we recommend to treat the legs first, tighten skin to minimize potential discomfort
I have "strawberry legs", my hair follicles are still black after shaving. What should I do?
The epilator removes hair from the root, so it will take away the hair hidden in your follicles, leaving you with smooth and clean skin
What is the use of the massager roller? How do I use it?
It can massage the skin. The cool contact and rolling relieves the discomfort caused by removing hair from the follicle. Please kept it away from your long hair, otherwise it will make the hair tangle on the roller

Yes, you can use the 3-in-1 foil shaver head on your bikini area.
And we offer 2 years’ service for this product. Please feel free to let us know if there is any problem, we will definitely solve it to your satisfaction
Can you completely submerge the epilator in water?
No, because it will affect the charging port. However, the functional heads can be fully submerged in water. And it is equipped with a small brush for cleaning
