You’re looking for an easy-to-use Supertank printer that will get the job done. That’s why we developed the EcoTank ET-2400 – an innovative cartridge-free solution that uses high-capacity, easily refillable ink tanks. So you’ll worry less about running out of ink, and save a lot on replacement ink (1). The ET-2400 features genuine Epson print quality and a high-resolution flatbed scanner – making it a convenient choice for essential, everyday home printing.
Epson strongly recommends the use of genuine ink to ensure optimal print quality and performance. Use of non-genuine ink could cause damage not covered under the printer’s limited warranty. | 1. Actual savings and costs will vary considerably based on print tasks, print volumes and usage conditions. Savings and cost per ISO page are based on the cost of replacement ink bottles and the cost of enough standard cartridges to achieve the total page yields of the bottles using the MSRP (USD) and yields for Epson standard-capacity ink cartridges for similarly featured Epson consumer inkjet printers as of March 2024. | 2. Individual cartridges estimate based on print yields of an included or replacement set of black and color ink bottles as compared to Epson standard-capacity ink cartridges for similarly featured printers as of March 2024. | 3. Part of the ink from the included bottles is used for initial setup; yields are lower than those of replacement ink bottles. Replacement and included ink bottle yields based on the ISO/IEC 24712 pattern with Epson’s methodology. Actual ink yields will vary considerably for reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink color. All ink colors are used for printing and printer maintenance, and all colors must be available for printing. For more information, visit www.epson.com/inkinfo | 4. Based on average monthly document print volumes of about 125 pages. | 5. See www.epson.com/voice for device compatibility. Epson Connect account and voice-activated account registration required. | 6. Most features require an Internet connection to the printer, as well as an Internet- and/or email-enabled device. For a list of Epson Connect enabled printers and compatible devices and apps, visit www.epson.com/connect | 7. Requires Epson Smart Panel app download. Data usage fees may apply.
Good product But the customer support to help hook it up and connect it to the computer and internet are superb. I had Shakeeb and he was great!!! Very patient because there is a language barrier but we got through it Thank you Shakeeb
I love that this printer comes with step by step set up instructions. Super easy to fill, super economical, and prints at a pace I pretty much expect from this kind of printer. Decent quality printing. During set up, it offered to connect to home wifi. I began set up and it insisted it was not discoverable on my network and asked if I wanted to redo the password. I clicked "no" since I know it's correct. It asked if I wanted to do direct wifi set up, I clicked "yes". I didn't really want that, but even that was not working. I hopped on my computer, opened up my wifi router info to see and, low and behold, it showed as connected to my home wifi. I then looked up the printer via wifi since using a cable is NOT possible on my computer and found it. Connected successfully via wifi on my computer even though it said it was not discoverable, but now my phone... my phone wanted to direct connect and I'm like yeah no. So I opted to input the IP address on the printer and that worked to connect my phone to the printer via wifi rather than direct connection, so now I don't have to incessantly open the app. Needless to say, that was a whole annoying process. I'm not that tech saavy and was able to figure it out, but the amount of stupidity I had to go through to make it connect through the home wifi was ridiculous. If you struggle to connect to wifi, try manually connecting the router by either pressing the WPS button on the router or (what I had to do on my Arris) by logging into my router, navigating to connected devices, and hitting PAIR under the WPS connection, then go to your printer and hit the WIFI button. Give it a couple minutes but it should connect and then you'll see the IP address for your printer there too... at least you should. Anyways I bought this KNOWING that it had notorious connectivity issues but willing to deal with it for the price point. So far so good. I did read a warning when troubleshooting to never let it do an update and cut the power/turn it off as that can mess it up and make it unresponsive, possible permanently. Yikes. But I'm glad to be rid of the old ink cartridges that cost astronomical sums. I feel like the ink in those are less and less, I was printing fewer items and replacing them faster than ever, made no sense. The price for this was worth being free from those cartridges! Seems user-friendly, scans well, ink levels are easy to see, although the tank protrudes weirdly in my opinion, regardless how petty that seems. I will update if anything remarkable happens in the coming days/weeks/months.
I purchased this printer in 2023 it was a great printer. I mainly wanted this specific model due to the cost of Ink Jet replacement cartridges is getting out of hand. It has served well till September of 2025 when I started experiencing paper feed issues. It started to take the paper in about halfway then it would eject it out and continue to print but nothing would print. I contacted Epson tech support (it was a great experience very professional very helpful) but they could not help resolve the problem. So now it sits till I'm able to afford to have it replaced. It was a quick and on time delivery.
The printer itself is great. I thought it printed fairly quickly. I did use sticker paper, so the quality wasn't super great, but it works for what I'm using it for. Getting it turned on and loaded with ink was easy, but connecting to wi-fi was not. I read in other reviews that this was an issue, so I wasn't surprised and honestly did try very hard (I didn't try connecting to my phone). I just bought a $5 cord and that works for me! I've only tried 4 pieces of sticker paper at a time, and it worked well. Definitely worth the purchase, and maybe one day I will get it on wi-fi.
So far so good, I have been using this printer for about two weeks now it seems to function very well. The set up was very straight forward, I got rid of my Canon printer because I am saving a lot of money as far as not having to buy the over priced ink cartridges as I had to buy quite often.Canon is not in the printer business they are in the ink business !!!
First of all I am replacing 3 hp all-in-one printers I have had for about 2 years. My replacing them is that I got tired of paying to print pages which became too expensive and the mailing of ink was kinda too frequent. I ordered this one because of the ink tanks and that It can print up to 7500 pages before I need to refill the ink carts. The biggest plus so far is that it was extremely easy to set up with the app...I had so many issues setting up with hp and had to re-install them a number of times. As one commentor here said in your wifi make sure it is set to 2.4 hz and not 5....makes the setup very good and easy. I have not printed too much as I did just get it but will post an update after I run it through it's paces.
The printer is excellent. EcoTank lets me print a lot of color or black and white pages and save money on ink since it doesn't use cartridges. It's also wireless and works perfectly.
Review:I recently purchased the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 for my home office, and it has been a solid performer. The setup was straightforward, and I appreciate the cartridge-free design that allows for easy ink refills. The print quality is sharp for both documents and color images, making it suitable for a variety of tasks.Pros:Low Operating Costs: The EcoTank system significantly reduces the cost per page compared to traditional cartridge printers.Compact Design: Its small footprint fits well in my limited workspace.Wireless Connectivity: I can print from my smartphone and laptop without any issues.Cons:No Automatic Document Feeder (ADF): Manual scanning and copying can be time-consuming for multi-page documents.Occasional Connectivity Issues: There have been rare instances where the printer disconnects from the network, requiring a restart.Noise Level: The printer is slightly noisier than expected during operation. Conclusion:Overall, the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 offers excellent value for its price. It's a reliable choice for individuals or small businesses seeking an affordable, efficient printer for everyday tasks.
