08-03-2026Do not buy this Litterally the worst Amazon purchase ever. I chose the excellent condition option and I received a phone with a volume down button you cant push it’s extremely scuffed ,paint chipping, and the whole thing is unusable due to the fact that the screen is completly black it turns on cause I can hear sounds but the screen shows no image. This was after charging it for hours and trying to reset it after calling Amazon. If I could I’d give a zero star rating. Now I have to return it ? Which is even more bs because it takes way more time as a busy mom to package it up and return then wait for a refund AFTER Amazon receives the item. All around the worst product

08-03-2026Beautiful phone no scratches in good condition but the battery only had 85% life to it. Not sure if that’s good or bad. I would think they could replace the battery before they sent it. Other than that. I think it was fairly good value for the money I paid

08-03-2026A very nice phone. My other one was a 7 iPhone. This one is a 14 so quite a bit difference . I love it. I just heldit next to my old Phone and it transferred my stuff to the new phone. Beautiful. I am lucky. My husband knows about phones so he can help me if I come across something I don't know about, but it isn't complicated. Thanks Amazon.
