08-03-2026These are good, I wasn’t sure what to expect but flavor is very tasty and doesn’t taste like any kind of medicine. I get sick a lot since I have an auto immune so I try to take one of these a day to stay healthy and get my daily vitamins in. Easy to swallow and a good amount for the money.

08-03-2026I am not sure about Vit C and the immune system stuff but I am willing to try.I decided that this was the way I would take my Vit C for a few reasons.1. It is super easy. I carry them in my pocket or my purse all of the time.2. These are so easy to just open and pour in your mouth.3. They taste great and are fun! Like pop rocks. Do them them a bit at a time to really enjoy or you can safely do them faster if in a hurry

08-03-2026These on the go packets taste good and are so much better than traditional Emergen-C. You can just open, dump, and you’re all set. I think the effectiveness of this is excellent. I would like to see the company to up the Vitamin C value, but it’s good, especially when you are under the weather. Definitely recommend.

Since I dont have to mix with water it's super easy to take when needed.
