It doesn’t taste like alcohol. Was excited to have a champagne taste for New Year’s Eve and it tastes like the cheap bubbly apple juice and grape juice you buy at the store for kids. It tastes like sweet grape juice with bubbles. It doesn’t taste like champagne.

I’m going to need to watch them make this because there is no way this is alcohol free. (For those not getting my humor, it totally is alcohol free it’s just amazing.) It tastes JUST like every regular rose I’ve had and liked. There’s no way you can convince me I won’t have a hangover tomorrow. I can’t wait to serve this to my drinking family members and watch them have no clue. I will be getting another bottle for Christmas and another bottle for New Year’s. This was my first foray into the world of alcohol free wine and I’m officially spoiled. If you like rosé that’s not sweet but right in the middle, then you’ll like this. But be warned, it will take you back to your sipping days. So if you’re looking for a replacement - winner. If that might be a trigger for you - walk away. For me? Can’t get better.

My 1st foray into dealcoholized. It was delightful. Corked like champagne. Fizz like it. Didn't taste like $7 sparkling Catawba. I've not had wine or champagne for a decade due to neuropathy medication. This was a wonderful treat and I will explore more by this company. Thoroughly enjoyed it for what it was. I feel I could drink along side friends and they'd never know I wasn't 'drinking' too- looks like the real deal too. Just no alcohol burn at the back of the throat you'd get w/ordinary wines/champagnes. Only downside- it's a bit pricey for what it is.

Fellow non-alcoholic wine lovers... DEFINITELY try this! I’ve tried so many non-alcoholic wines and most of them fall into one of the following camps: too sweet and syrupy, or too flat and boring. ISH Sparkling Rosé is in its own league. Let's review...Aroma: Right out of the bottle, you get that fresh, fruity nose you’d expect from a rosé—think red berries with a little citrus brightness. It actually smells like wine, not juice! Novel, right?Flavor: This is where this particular bottle shines. Crisp bubbles carry those strawberry/raspberry notes, but it isn’t overly sweet. There’s tartness and a dry finish that makes it feel sophisticated (and makes it feel like an adult drink). You’re not tricking yourself into drinking “fake wine”, but enjoying a proper sip!Mouthfeel: The bubbles are fine and refreshing, not harsh or soda-like. It has that light, elegant body that keeps you going back for another glass. The crispness makes it perfect for summer and fall serving.Occasions: I’ve had this at brunch in a champagne flute, popped a bottle for date night, and even poured a glass when I was watching little one play in the pool on a lazy afternoon. It's nice to know you can enjoy an elegant drink and still be a 100% present, laser-focused helicoptor mom (hehe).Benefits: Beyond taste, this is a true lifestyle swap! No buzz or headache (I love my bubbly but as I get older, I do not love how I feel the next day). Like I mentioned above, this bottle feels elevated and adult without the downsides of alcohol. Honestly, you don’t miss the “real thing" when you're sipping it.Bottom line: If you’ve been disappointed by other NA wines, give this one a shot. It’s celebratory, refreshing, and pretty darn chic. It'll look beautiful on the table and you'll love it in your glass. I'll be keeping a few on hand so there's always a cold one in the fridge.Cheers!

I received this item by mistake, as I was looking for an NA red wine and not a rose, but Amazon customer service refunded me and allowed me to keep it. I'm so glad they did! I've always been more of a red wine fan than white or rose, but I was surprised at how good this was. Tart, bubbly and actually tastes like real wine! I got four glasses out of this over four days - it did not go flat or get that weird sour flavor a lot of NA wine has after being opened. It was well-packaged and easy to open, and I'll be keeping a few bottles on hand all summer long. The NA red wine quest continues . . .

Honest review: 3.9/5Im starting a mocktail and non alc journey and was nervous to buy this on amazon but for my first alcohol removed sparkling wine, I was decently impressed! I saw some of the reviews had leaking at the cork which I didn’t experience much of. It was a little sticky but the integrity of the cork was there. Pours effervescent though I wish it was a little more bubbly than it is. Definitely a more gentle bubble than say a Prosecco. Flavor wise it’s more similar to a drier brut with a subtle biscuit / buttery note. It doesn’t taste expensive, in fact it does sort of have the flavor of a champagne that isn’t expensive. That said it really gave me the illusion, flavor, mouthfeel, of sparkling wine. I deducted points because I was hoping it would have more of a delicate sweetness and because it gave me a little bit of the heartburn/indigestion I get from certain wine varieties. It’s clear that there was craft or intention involved in this and I think I’d buy it again for sure. I wish it was more aligned with the $15-20 bracket for the taste and like its alcoholic counterparts. If you’re sober, sober curious, or cali sober this would be a good one to try if you are into sparkling. If you’re the occasional sparkling drinker you may not love it.PS // I also tried this with a dash or two of aromatic bitters and I highly recommend that. Gave this a subtle aperol spritz vibe that I enjoyed and balanced out some of the flavor for me.

When we opened the bottle, there was a strong apple odor. When we drank it, it had a strong apple flavor, and not even real apple, artificial apple flavor. We tried it again the next day. The apple odor was still strong, but there was less apple flavor. Still unsatisfactory. If you like apple juice, there are lots of cheaper options available.
