Really happy with this. It worked immediately with no fuss, but most importantly, it comes with all the cables you need! It comes with 3 cables, and a power adapter. Two USB type C cables and an HDMI cable. The monitor also has built-in VESA mount holes which I used to mount mine.

This item is not HDR. It does not appear to be 1080P. I suspect it is not OLED.I have tried it with multiple devices and none see it as HDR. On 1080P, pixels do not line up properly.Avoid this product at all costs.

Works as advertised. Colour accuracy and sRGB coverage is quite poor, and enabling HDR causes significant colour banding. Otherwise, good value for money we'll see how long it lasts

This 15.6" portable monitor has been a great addition to my setup. The picture quality is solid—colors look decent, brightness is good, and it responds quickly when gaming or streaming. It’s lightweight and easy to set up, making it perfect for travel or a small desk space.I use it with my Steam Deck, and it’s awesome having that extra screen real estate to take advantage of everything the Deck can do. My only gripe is that the mini HDMI and USB-C ports aren’t right-angled, which would make cable management a lot cleaner, especially in tighter setups.Overall, it’s a reliable, compact display that pairs perfectly with portable gaming or productivity setups.

Great external monitor, I'm using it with my Rog Ally X, with a TB4 cable it delivers both display signal and power to the monitor. Great image, OLED HDR really makes the color pop. The monitor itself is very thin and easy to carry. The only complaint I have is the stand itself slips easily on surfaces.

The VILVA 13.3 inch 1080p portable display is an actual OLED display because you can test it out multiple ways:Go to a pitch dark room and bring any IPS device like an old iPhone (SE2, SE3, iPhone 11, etc.). Find a pure black image or even a pure black video on youtube (yes these exists). You will see the display turn pitch black unlike super dark grey on IPS displays.The colors when set to "User" or sRGB, anything other than default which is heavy blue makes the display very vibrant.There's also "MURA" which are OLED flaws like faint streaks or greenish discoloration when showing darker scenes/videos. These flaws are different for every OLED panel. The one I got is fairly faint and very hard to see when you're not looking for it.Viewing angles are better than IPS.It is quite bright indoors at max brightness settings.For about $ 120, it's quite affordable but it does have a lot of quirks:The OSD is buggy. Sometimes it blacks out and resets itself when changing HDR, Variable Refresh, color space, etc. I had to replug it sometime because it would just be a pure black display with power lights on.I just stuck with SDR and messed with some of the OSD settings and I vastly prefer this over its HDR performance. Another YouTube reviewer also mentioned this but on a different OLED monitor.The OSD is now BUGGED and became a basic GUI that have lost some of its features like changing color space, etc. Still looks great.Never got VRR to work because it just resets the OSD everytime I use it.I'd rate it lower to 4 stars due to the buggy OSD if this was priced anywhere higher than $ 120.While far from perfect, the display is amazing for $ 120 and I do have experience with many types of displays like IPS, VA, FALDS, wOLED, Super AMOLED, etc.Edit (06/23/2025): Works so far with Nintendo Switch 2 but I only use it in the monitor's sRGB mode (non HDR) because it just looks much better this way, at least with my unit.It seems to bug out (intermittent black screen every now and then) when I use the 3.5mm audio port on the side of this 13.3 inch 1080p OLED display but it doesn't bug out if I directly use the 3.5mm audio port on the Switch 2 itself while the Switch 2 is docked.Still very happy with this purchase.

Needed it for convenience to refer to and type out different docs. Bought it a couple months ago when on sale and despite the negative reviews about it, works just fine. It needs to be powered via usb c adapter or one of your pc’s usb c ports. If not, it goes blank into power saving mode. The stand is a bit flimsy but is stable if you pull the cut out tab to rest on the top and bottom edge of the cut out. (Don’t know if this makes sense but you’ll figure it out. Don’t break it though). Got another 2 units too at the last sale. Comes ready to run out of the box with the necessary cables for hdmi to mini hdmi and usb C to usb C.

When my 2-yr-old laptop fell off my bed and the touch screen was smashed, I was lost. What was I going to do with all the data on my hard-drive? After getting quite upset and learning it'll cost me between 1 and 2 hundred bucks for a new one touch screen - even though I could replace it and save some money - it was still a lot. I did some research and figured I'd buy a monitor but I didn't know they sold monitors like this until looking through Amazon.This monitor was the exact size of the OEM and I figured that it would work just fine for me. Shipping was quick and it was packaged VERY well and secure. I didn't know it came with a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable and power cord, but was surprised to learn they were in the box. It couldn't have been easier to hook everything up (they included easy to follow animated directions) and after handling that business I flipped the switch - BOOM - my laptop was back! I could do everything I used to do - except no touch screen! Clearly, this was my fault. They do make monitors that are touch screen, but I didn't order one of those, I got this guy!Resolution isn't the same as my OEM monitor and the colors aren't as sharp, but it works. Everything is VERY easy to setup and get rolling. Use the included HDMI to mini HDMI cable and plug the HDMI side into my laptop and the mini-HDMI to the monitor and then a USB-C power cord to the monitor. All is great and the monitor works well.I was even able to hook up and connect DeX from my Galaxy smartphone to the monitor. VERY easy to do by hooking up a usb-C to mini HDMI cable (not included) to monitor and I was off and rolling. THAT is a cool feature!I'm happy to recommend this monitor - it's solid for the price and will get the job done. It's certainly not a high-priced - high resolution monitor, but it's capable of getting your laptop up and running. Or - connecting your XBox Series X to as well. (Tried that, and it works.) Have fun!
