The Brother QL-820NWBC is a professional, high-speed label printer with unique technology that allows you to print in high visibility in black and red on the entire label. Rapidly prints black and white labels for envelopes, packages, file folders, barcodes, and assorted business uses. The Wireless interface offers easy connectivity – print from virtually anywhere or share on a network.
Paired with the recharble battery, these printers are super portable. We use them for printing tags at events. I would rate it higher but the setup process is not user friendly. The network setup process was difficult to navigate in the menu on screen. I wish there was an app that would connect directly to the printer, but that would involve a deep dive into the menu as well. Durability seems to be good as we drag these printers around quite a lot. Non techie people might find the setup to be difficult.
Label Printer was easy to install and hookup to ipad! This is exactly what our church was looking for!
Great value, prints fast and allows for third party refills in compact size. Easy set up and lack of ink cartridges makes it great for ongoing, daily use. Honestly though, AirPrint for a label printer is the real star here!
Works well, so easy to use
I have Brother QL-800 printer. I bought this one because of wireless connection. The set up is simple and easy to use. The only drawback of wireless connection is the communication speed is slower than connecting by wire of my QL-800.I still recommend this one if you are ok for bulky adpator and size of the printer.
reliable printer I have purchased lots of label printer from this buyer for my business. I didnt get any broken printers and all running well now. The oldest one I purchased is from 2 years ago.
I wanted to replace my older label printer with a wifi printer. This 820 model seemed to be the best fit. As others have stated the installation instructions could of been a little better. Once you got to the right location on the brother site, it was a breeze. I just googled the installation of the printer and found what I needed. The printer has been up and running for a few days. No complaints. Much faster than old printer, more options, and wifi connection. I would buy again.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This label printer is amazing. Don’t hesitate to buy. If you see my post. No didn’t they pay me to post. I actually love this thing.
