Very good motherboard. It has diagrams and was easy to work with for someone who had never worked with a PC. It has many options and supports USB-C with high-speed megatransfers. You have to update the BIOS yourselves, but it's very easy with a USB drive.

Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Friday, two days earlier than expected with free shipping.I got this motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5500 CPU and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM so that I could upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on an older AM3/DDR3 system that did not qualify for Windows 11 upgrade.Removed old motherboard and graphics card (GTX 960). Disconnecting the SATA HDD. I then installed the CPU and air cooler (had to remove the clips to mount the Wraith cooler), installed the RAM into slots A2 and B2, installed the motherboard into the case, and then connected the cables.Powered up the computer with no issues. New hardware was recognized by Windows and installed many updates.Ran the PC Health Check to verify that it was now qualified for Windows 11, and it was. Yea!Downloaded and performed an in-place upgrade to Windows 11 with no issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently installed the GIGABYTE B550M K, and the difference was immediate. I used to have my Ryzen 5 on an A320HM motherboard, and even though it worked, it didn’t let the CPU reach its full potential. After switching to this one, my PC runs much faster and more stable.What I like the most is that it’s the right board for AM4 processors, with great build quality and a very reasonable price. It allowed me to complete the mid-range PC I wanted without spending too much, and everything worked perfectly from the first boot.It also has two M.2 slots, which is great if you want a fast SSD. Plus, the Micro-ATX format fits nicely in my small case while leaving room for everything I need.In short, this was an excellent purchase — it does exactly what it promises and gave my computer a whole new life. Definitely a 5-star product!

Plenty of USB ports and expansion slots for a compact board — everything connects cleanly without crowding. The built-in heatsink does a solid job keeping temps down, and overall build quality feels premium for its price range. Sound output is clean, and compatibility with Ryzen parts was smooth from the start. A well-balanced, reliable motherboard that punches above its class.

Please do NOT purchase this particular board. I purchased this board and was having problems with performance with my rtx 3090. I'm talking busted FPS stuttering and screen tearing. bios options allowed for switching the PCIE lane from 16x 2x8, etc, but nothing solved the problem. It turns out there are RETAIL and OEM versions of this board, and I was sent an OEM version (Y1). If you are having GPU performance problems with your system and this board, check what version it is! The OEM version, Y1 in the upper right corner of the board only has a 1x slot at the top, not the advertised 16x, even though it LOOKS like a 16x slot. My GPU was starving for bandwidth! There is no way to tell unless you deep search in Google and find this unique problem on its Y1 boards. I should never have been sent a Y1 board, and now the return period is over. But who in the world would think that their PCIe lane was crippled from shipping? Everything else works fine, but when you run lspci -vv, or lspci -t, it will show you your GPU is connected to a branch of the lane, not the root of the lane . . . . a fraudulent scam. Even on gigabyte's website, they show Y1 board images, but that is not the one you should get. Avoid gigabyte for this bait and switch tactic. this was the third gigabyte motherboard I had purchased in as many years of of amazon, but gigabyte no longer. Not their GPUs, not their boards, nothing until this deceiptive marketing is over.

Depois de mais de um ano, posso dizer que essa placa realmente é otima!! Me atende super bem, vou ficar com ela mais uns 2 anos pelo meno.. Melhor Placa da plataforma AM4 para se ter hoje.

A fantastic motherboard good for gaming setups. The only con is that it doesn’t have a WiFi card, or the one it has is largely inefficient. Other than that, it has all the necessary ports that a motherboard should have, and I would recommend this one for budget PC builds in the mid-range. One issue I ran into is the USB ports(particularly at the front) turning off and on at random intervals which I have yet to find the cause for

My son is not having any issues at all with this PC. Good all around AM4 motherboard.

Got it during June Amazon Prime sales. Haven't had any problems yet. Did need to update the bios but it's very easy with this motherboard. Runs my 5500 just fine and can run PBO -15 all cores just fine. Just with it had wifi, or at least some argb headers, especially being a b550. For the price, when on sale, is a good product.
