08-03-2026I own 3 full size very expensive vibration machines because I find it helps with a variety of issues so I was hesitant to buy this less expensive vibration plate but I am just wowed by this one! It works just as well as my expensive ones but this one is portable and also fits nicely under my desk so that I can use it while working. It's very very quiet compared to my large loud expensive one. I love that it also has 120 levels. It comes with resistance bands as well as a remote control which is a nice perk.

08-03-2026I really like it. It has worked well so far. Had it around 2.5 months. Use it nearly daily on the highest setting. Standing on it and also putting my hands on it to do more for arms/upper body. The silicone mat on top does tend to move after several uses but it is easy to just move it back in place after using it for the day.Tips:Use on harder flooring instead of carpet. It does work on carpet but seemed better on tile/harder flooring. I use mine on tile near a door frame so if I lose balance I can catch myself using the door frame.If you get it and it doesn't work make sure the red switch near where it plugs into the unit isn't turned off.If you have any medical conditions please thoroughly check into if it is safe to use.------------------------------------------------------------CAUTION!! ----------------------- CAUTION!! --------------------- CAUTION!!CAUTION for those with kids and or pets the metal pieces pop out pretty easily especially if you wear shoes while using it. They are easy to put back in but them coming out this easy could be a potential hazard for kids & pets so you might want to just remove them when you first get it if you have kids or pets. They should pop out pretty easily. This is probably true of many if not all vibration plates so no matter which you get/have please be careful.

08-03-2026Let me say this, this machine is AWESOME! I did my first 10 minutes on to try it out. Once I was done, I felt light and good all over. I had been experiencing gas pains in my stomach. Once off the machine the pain was GONE. It was relaxing and soothing. The ease of operation was on point. The vibration was steady and the modes are versatile. I started in walk mode for first. I tested run mode and it was giving, giving. I have a stair stepper but, it is now pushed under my bed. This is now me GO TO for working out. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Packaging, quality and value all in one. JUST BUY IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED....
