No issues yet & I had this phone for just about a year

This phone is not compatible with Xfinity mobile. We tried everything including going to the store. The iemi number would not work. If it worked I am sure 5 stars.

Phone works exactly as it's supposed to, you're getting the exact product you're paying for if you're trying to get an Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S23. Given the discount from the normal prices elsewhere, I was kinda skeptical that I was gonna get something else, but nope it's the exact phone I wanted for a decent discount. It even arrived faster than originally quoted which is a bonus.*****A caveat for the info that comes with the phone, It does in fact work with Boost Mobile, I've had no issues with inserting my sim card and having my service instantly carry over once I transferred my info from my previous phone, that isn't to say other people might not have had/will have issues, I however have not had any issues with Boost Mobile compatibility*****

So far love the phone. Comparable to my old Galaxy S9, which is what I wanted. But more gigabytes and increased quality.

I ordered a new Samsung S23 128GB from this seller. They shipped out the phone the very same day. I reached out to them with a small issue concerning an error I made when I placed my order and they responded in an extremely timely manner. Overall I would say I am extremely pleased with this purchase and my experience with this seller.The phone is awesome. I upgraded from a Samsung S8 which lasted almost 8 years. I chose an S23 instead of an S25 since the phones are almost identical. This S23 has a Snapdragon processor and the phone feels well built and good in my hands. I installed a Spigen screen protector and case for additional peace of mind. The phone performs really well and the battery lasts almost all day for me.A few things I personally noticed and didn't like is that the S8 camera (both main and selfie) produced more natural photos and videos with great detail and colors as compared to the S23 photos and videos that look over processed and soft. Shooting in pro mode makes it much better. This is just my personal preference.The other thing is the lack of an SD card slot but I was aware of that when I purchased the phone.The fingerprint scanner under the screen works really well.The screen looks great.It's an unlocked dual physical nano SIM. (I think it also supports esim).The phone does show a pink T-Mobile startup screen whenever I turn on the phone but other than that I would say this was a great purchase for me. I use the phone in Trinidad and Tobago and I just needed to insert my SIM cards for each of the two networks in my country and it works great so far.

So my local verizon store would never give me the option of having a phone like this, they always made sure i had little to no space or availability of a good phone, I'm so glad amazon isn't like a contract company, they don't jip you for your money. The phone arrived in excellent condtion and I've been using it daily. The quality of the phone is so much better than the previous one i had which was out dated by a decade. The features are easy to understand, speed of the phone is quick like opera gx, i could have waited for it to go on sale but i didn't.

BEWARE! Ordered Samsung S23 phones. We live in US. I didn’t see anywhere that this is an International phone. Working with Samsung and Internet provider, I spent over a month trying to figure out why I couldn’t send/receive photos in any text message app. That’s when I realized it was International. Of course it was past the 30-day return period. Took all the pleasure out of getting new phone.

Honestly its perfect. Easy to set up. Great condition.
