The phone I got wasn't fully unlocked and is still attached to Tracfone. So now I have to wait 60 days or I buy a Tracfone sim card. I was banking on having a fully functional phone. It says globally but when its tied down down to a different carrier. You're kinda stuck with tracfone services until the time limit is up. Right now its just been a music device. While I struggle with a cracked screen on my old phone.

Do not buy this phone it is not unlocked, i bought 2 for my daughters and now they are having issues with both phones.

The item didn't work correctly once it was opened. The phone didn’t connect with my T-Mobile SIM card thus having no signal what’s so ever. It even seems like it was already opened and wasn't correctly sealed. I paid extra money for the item to come earlier too. This wasn’t worth buying at all... so dont buy this from the seller.

Und das nur weil eines ein Problem mit dem Lautsprecher hatte. Insgesamt ist das Handy für diesen Preis der Knaller. Preis Leistung passt einfach. Es muss nicht immer ein Handy für zig hundert Euro sein! Handling super einfach von der Installation bis zur Handhabung einfach top. Auch bei dem Support von Samsung top, wie beim 1. Bestellten Handy da es ja Probleme mit dem Lautsprecher gab. Da kam aber Amazon wo die Rückgabe wie immer ohne Probleme möglich ist. Mein Mann war so begeistert von dem Handy das er auch eines wollte ....des halb Insgesamt 3x bestellt!

Ho regalato questo telefono a una persona a me cara che doveva improvvisamente sosituire il suo vecchio Samsung giunto a fine vita dopo 8 anni di onorato servizio. Squadra che vince non si cambia, dunque di nuovo Samsung. Il trasferimento dati da un telefono all'altro è stato piuttosto semplice grazie all'app Samsung dedicata, non ho avuto problemi di sorta. Per il resto, che dire: è un telefono che fa tutto bene senza eccellere in nulla, sembra molto robusto e solido (forse un tantino pesante, ma ormai i telefoni sono tutti così). La batteria è più che sufficiente per durare due giorni interi con un uso ragionevole delle risorse. Ottimo lo schermo e l'audio. Non aspettatevi prestazioni eccelse, non a questo prezzo almeno, e non rimarrete delusi da un telefono nato per soddisfare le esigenze di un utente medio che ricerca principalmente durata, stabilità, prezzo contenuto e pochi fronzoli.

Love the phone. Much nicer than previous phone.

I have had the phone for about two weeks. But I was sick at home most of that time. The cellular calling and texting work , but no data. The data worked for about a day, but AT&T started blocking the data. The guys at the AT&T store tell me that the phone is automatically identified as a device that will be blocked by AT&T. They can remove the block, but it will be automatically blocked again. I might try switching to another carrier.
