Update: exactly 1year after purchase, the gooseneck snapped & is worthless. Still works without the gooseneck but I never used it that way. For about $2.50/mo, not a bad deal but I didn't I even bent it around frequently. Original review: Easy to put together & will help me with not looking down or always laying on my side to watch videos. I can put it at eye-level or high enough to lay on my back using the neckband as the stabilizer just sitting on the bed. Using it while sitting on a couch is where the neck band would come in handy if you could stand the weight of it. I can't wear heavy necklaces or halter tops because my neck fatigues easily, but it may be fine for others.The fact you can mold it to stand any way you need is awesome. However, the gooseneck is not particularly easy to manipilate - it takes some strength & may pose problems for some. Having used it about a month now, I'm seeing kinks in the gooseneck where I tried to manipulate it that are likely permanant - there's no way to straightened it back out short of going to a work bench and using a rubber mallet. But it does seem like a well made piece.To keep the phone cradle from wobbling, you have to tighten the nut at the back but since it's on a ball joint, it will rotate easily from landscape to standard. I've seen a couple reviews say they wish there was a quick release to flip the phone, but you can just rotate it in the cradle.Same with the screw at base - to keep the gooseneck from freely swinging, you have to tighten the screw. You can manipulate gooseneck without tightening those pieces also, just takes more finagling.As for those who mention fingers pinched removing phone, just hold the neck of the cradle & push the phone against the short side to open. Your fingers are no where near the slide opening now Some of the cons i find are:The wide grips on the phone cradle will either block my volume buttons or block my keyboard but they do sufficiently hold any size phone (I use a device pen now which stops the fatigue on my fingertips & overcomes the prob of the sides blocking the keyboard).Overall, i think the value is good. It seems well made and does what it claims. It's already a game changer for me.

My mother complained, daily, how it's painful to hold the phone too long (more than 5 minutes) while speaking with me. It may be her way of letting me know, nicely, she just doesn't want to speak to me. LOL -- In any regard, this product SHOULD stop her from using that excuse now to get off the phone.Sturdy, well-made ... not that comfy around the neck if worn for a little while, but to my mom, she said it's better than nothing. I've used other versions of this product, and this one has better ingenuity and better looking.

This cell holder works great. It's a little heavy on the back of my neck because of the counter weight of the cell phone, but that is expected. I put a little paddling back there and it does a great job since holding my phone hurts my left arm/side of neck.

The cell phone stand is so much better than I thought it would be. It sits comfortably around the neck and the distance for viewing is great. The unit is very good quality. The phone is very stable while viewing which is awesome. Easy to put on and use and comes off just as easy and folds nicely or I can hang it on my desk hook. Easy portable use, my husband walks around while using it and loves it. Overall this was a really good product purchase.

Super sturdy and stays in position on your neck comfortably great for taking video hands-free while you're moving around I've used it for taking video around the house I've used it for taking a video while I'm rollerblading super easy to use fits great and really affordable the only issue is if you have a popsocket on the back of your phone that can kind of get in the way other than that it holds on to your phone great and it's not going to slip off your neck unless you do a backflip

J'adore utiliser ce support mais c'est beaucoup plus lourd sur la cage thoracique et le cou que je pensais, alors j'ai découpé 2 morceaux de foam dont un morceau que je place entre la cage thoracique et le support ainsi que un derrière le cou, alors c'est un peu plus confortable si on utilise le support plusieurs heures.Ce support est de qualité et le téléphone tient bien, je l'ai même utilisé en vélo pour tester une application de GPS et j'avais aucune crainte que le téléphone tombe.
