La livraison a mis plusieurs jours à se faire...Ça nettoie un peu mais pas assez, et je n'ai pas envie d'abîmer le port USB CBref, peut-être que ça marchera mieux chez d'autres, mais chez moi c'est pas très convaincant malheureusement.

I normally never review any products, but I had to for this one.I have a new flagship phone that was a month old yet gave "moisture/humidity warning" and refused to charge, 2 days before an international work trip so I was stressed. This normally happened in my old phone when I got it wet, and returned to normal after drying. However in the new phone I think some debris may have been stuck, and it did not go away. I tried all the common techniques, used pressurized air, plastic toothpicks, toothbrush, alcohol solution, many rounds of it, nothing worked. I saw this item on amazon, but thought it was not going to do anything different so I skipped.Then I went to the authorized repair location since I had warranty plus insurance, where they tried cleaning again with their tools, but said there was corrosion and they need to change the charging port. Since they didn't have the part in stock I went to another repair store, where they tried a lot more stuff to clean it for a long-time, looked under some kind of microscope and said there is no visible debris and the board probably has a short/corrosion and they need to change it. I went home to backup the phone in case they needed to wipe everything, getting annoyed at hours-long back and forth, and many ten hours worth of backing-up/restoring/re-installing all the secure apps I use for work. And since I was less than 24hrs from my trip I purchased this item as a last resort, because why not.I received the item, looked at the weird flabby plastic port cleaners, thinking it's not going to do anything different than what we already tried and I may as well return before opening it, but I said why not, and used it. Within a minute, to my shock, the warning disappeared, my phone started charging again. I don't know what makes it different than all the other tools me and the service people used, but I've saved hours of my life for repairs and restoring (plus $150 if it wasn't covered by insurance). I wish I bought it at the first day. This thing is magic.

Almost thought id have to take my phone in to a repair shop, or buy a new one all together. This saved it, and restored all USB C charging and data transfer functions.Some reviews mention how the plastic might be cheap or effect the durability of the tool but theres a reason why it's made the way it isIt's to protect the ports as youre cleaning, if the tools were any harder you might damage your own device.Product works exactly as described, the only issue may be if your hands are larger and have carpal tunnel, your hands are going to go numb during the process, I only wish the grips on the tools were larger

I purchased another brand and also this one at the same time. The other brand and also this one works just as described. I purchased two brands to make sure at least one would work for my phones usb port that was in desperate need of a clean. I used both, and they both worked incredibly well. The following is what led me to get these cleaning kits...I was having a serious issue with my Android usb port. Every time I would charge my phone, it would start and stop randomly, and thought that possibly this (one thousand dollar) phone was dying, so I purchased a wireless charger to be able to charge my phone, but soon realized that that was going to be difficult to have with me all the time for when I needed it, so I decided to start looking more closely at the possibility that it may be an issue other than the phone dying. I found a lot of videos about usb ports on cell phones to have similar issues, and it was due to the fact that the usb port was dirty or had some sort of obstruction. I then got out my alcohol and swabs to try and clean the port, but soon realized that the swab was a bit too big and I wasn't able to get down inside the port for a more thorough clean, and I didn't want to break anything so I decided to search Amazon for an alternative way of cleaning the port.I found this cleaning kit and thought I would give it a try. Once I received this in the mail, I immediately opened the package with excitement, found the correct tool for my phone, and went to work. I used a couple different tools in the kit for a more thorough clean, and then I took out my jewelers magnifying glass to check my work. MERCY - the usb port looked as new as the day I purchased the phone. I was excited to plug in my phone to see if it would charge without stopping... After about 5 minutes of charging, I knew that YES - this had worked, and I was so relieved, but also that I didn't have to buy a new phone.It has been a few months since I made this purchase (and another brand that I used as well), and my phone is still charging like a champ - thanks to this cleaning kit. Thank you for creating this cleaning kit, and I am sure that I will be using this on other phones or other devices that have usb port in the future with excitement (what makes this one a bit more convenient than the other brand I also used, is the fact this one is more compact and easier to carry around in your pocket - but still does as great a job as the other brand I used)... Excellent product that I highly highly recommend. If you are struggling with the decision to get this - DON"T, just go ahead and make the purchase - you will not be sorry...

Ir gets the job don't but the bits are pretty cheap don't see it lasting all that long. Don't think I wpuld spend 20 bucks on another one though

Handy little tool for cleaning out your phone charging port. Can save you from buying a new phone when you don't need to. I was about to get a new phone but I thought I'd try this thing out and glad I did. Use most of the tools on it to clean out the charging port on my phone and now it charges good with out any problems. Saved me money and I can just take it with me if I think the port needs more cleanin in the future. Each tool is easy to use and has its purpose. While it does seem durable sometimes I do feel like I may break a couple of the tools accidently because it's plastic. But decent price for fixing your phones charging.

I got some crushed up leaves in my c port from raking/mulching my yard. I was concerned because the charger wouldn't fit in snugly. A few minutes with this thing and now I have a nice, tight fit! Great value!
