These are good. They’re not as soft or silky as the $25 a pair kind, but for the price they’re great. They stay in place reasonably well. They breathe well. They fit well. Recommended.
I loved the feel of them. No constriction around the thighs. Soft, satiny material. No bunching. Sweat evaporation was a welcoming surprise, with the cotton gusset. However, the first time I wore the nude pair, the seams in on thigh came undone. So, I took off one star for that.
Ordered small, delivered extra large, can’t even return, not recommend, overall quality is unsatisfactory
Love them! Been wearing “boy short” underwear you a while but these are much better! Comfy and I bought 2 more packs!
Comfortable, nice colors, waistband is smooth and doesn't roll.I've washed these twice, and they don't lose their shape when hang-drying, and are soft.I haven't used the dryer yet on these, so I cannot comment on if they would shrink or not.The quality and price are great. I am definitely going to purchase more of these, as I love to wear them under overalls, and when lounging around the house.
I figured I ought to provide a review, something I'm not prone to doing even though I often/always bank my purchases on item reviews, since I just bought me a second set of these underwear because they're just that good!I bought my 1st set of these 2 months ago because I was on the hunt for some new comfortable underwear and omfort was my main criteria. Wasn't aware that I was dealing with some health issues that was causing a fair bit of internal inflammation, just knew that I had had enough of basically everything I had at the time because they were old, ratty looking and even my all-time favorites had begun feeling too... something... not exactly too tight, yet they just weren't very comfortable anymore either and I didn't need that kind of extra stress in my life. But. I'm a barely-makin-it domestic violence survivor.Sure, I'm super proud to have gotten as far as I have in this world (considering that post-separation psychological terrorism and torture continue to thus day, 5 years after I broke free) but, by rights and family-rearing, I should be living in a whole different world right now... which is my way of saying that money is extra, EXTRA tight in my house...and yet, I still have "caviar tastes", ifykwim. Lol. And, frankly, neither I nor anyone else should have to scrimp on comfortable, classy-feeling, fashionable clothing no matter how small our clothing budget may be.I was spurred to check out boxer briefs for women after reading about a few different women's favorite brands in the comments on soneones IG post (that must have been in regards to underwear, but heck if I can remember the details). So, off I went to scout around on Amazon to see what this "boxer briefs" business was about... desperately hoping that the term was not just a rebranding of those "hipsters" things.I am 46yo, 5'10" (potentially closer to 5'11"... not something I care enough about to know for certain, lol) and, clothing size-wise, my whole adult life I have consistently been a 16-18/18-20, top to bottom, with a shape that seems some what apple-ish at the moment but has, in general, always been more hourglass than apple. Also it seems as if I might have rather freakishly high hips, lol... not really, but for reference, when it comes to pants or jeans what generally passes as "tall", usually a 33"-34" inseem, fit like ankle or cigar length pants on me. But evidently I don't just have long legs, no, this momma's body seems to also have one heck of a long, tall pelvis which I did finally measure to figure out for sure but, prior to that, I could tell based on the way that low cut underwear like bikini & hipsters, and any form of low rise pants, barely make it north of my low lying c-section scar location which, for those who can't relate, is basically at the top of my hooha or just at the point where my belly and my hooha meet. And because that point on my body is not even remotely close to my "hip" area such items basically fall right off my body unless they're super stretchy and I deliberately hike them up to my hip area which I put up with in my 20s and 30s, for the sake of fashion I suppose, but which was and is quite ungodly uncomfortable, and... basically... I am so over with "uncomfortable" anything (men included, lol.)In both cases I bought size 11, though, if I'm being honest, I am certain that a 10 would have fit well, too. And who knows, a 10 might have been just as comfortable or even more comfortable than the 11... but, I didn't take bother taking the chance to find out when I ordered my second set because the first set (size 11) made me so unbelievably happy that they literally changed my views about underwear for life. This whole "pants come off after work" thing or the memes about people working from home (due to covid restrictions) and not wearing pants never jived with me prior to having these boxer briefs, but now... omg... these things are super inexpensive and somehow still suit my somewhat "caviar taste" perfectly (have a good handfeel and are just so unbelievably super comfortable), PLUS... they're opaque and they basically fit (and look) like I'm wearing a loungy pair of bike shorts, so... yeah, I've spent some time over the last 2 months actually chillin in my house in my freaking underwear!!!!Life. Changing. :D
These Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs are really cool. They feel relaxing and nice and free flowing, as well as they come in handy to be a pair of shorts if you wanted to with the versatility of underwear. Although I wish they did come in different colors, more than the ones they offer. I wound up getting two packages, just to make sure I had some to last me throughout the weeks. Overall, I definitely would say these are super awesome, comfortable, breathable, nice material. Good quality so far, and they do well on a washing machine and No shrinkage ! They come back still intact and comfortable good stretchiness, cool colors, the material thickness is good and a good value overall, Thank you so much!
Muy buen material pero las tallas son algo amplias
i purchased the boxer brief. they fit perfectly. they are fairly soft and seemingly comfortable. not too thin or too thick, good for breathability. my biggest issues are the stitching being poorly done, making me worry the longevity will be lacking and the label stating “do not use fabric softener”.the reason i am annoyed though, is the images show pink and gray colors only, which is what i was hoping for, or at least colors only. i understand all multipacks are marked “colors may vary”, but for the love of god, stop putting white pairs in these packs. white, nudes/neutrals, and black should be sold separately in their own packs. i do not want ugly old timey white underwear. i wanted colors, any colors EXCEPT white! i would however, have LOVED an all black only pack!
I developed shingles on my abdomen and spent a few days commando because I was in so much pain and couldn’t stand anything against my skin but a nightgown. I had a drs appointment and was agonizing about showing up in a nightgown and bathrobe at the office. Then I I remembered my grandma used to wear boy leg high waisted undies so looked for something similar. These underpants by Fruit of the Loom were inexpensive and seemed to be similar to what I thought might work, so I ordered a four pack. They were very reasonably priced and when they arrived were of very good quality and well made. They were snugger fitting than I had hoped but were very very soft for tender areas on my abdomen. As it was, the snugness was comforting as they stay in place and act as a barrier between the sore rash areas and light clothing. I’ve never experienced the discomfort of nerve pain from wearing clothes andI’m so glad I happened on to these. I’m on the mend now but still wearing these as I’ve developed some neuralgia and these continue to keep me comfortable.
After endless looking around for underwear that wear seamless and a little loose these definitely do the job, took a while to be delivered but worth the weight they washed well and i also droed in low heat dryer without efeecting them, i will be ordering more. Oh and like others have said maybe order a size smaller then what you usually get, im a size 18-20 and got and 11 which are quite loose which i dont mind the size down wasn't available so im hoping they come in stock soon and I'll order more.
I don't know why they make them so high, super high waisted, like over your stomach. The waistband is a bit scratchy for me and my skin didn't like it, but I fold it over with all that excess material and that solved the problem! The rest of the item is super awesome! Great material, cotton gusset for liners to stick to, comfy, soft, doesn't show through my jeans at the leg part. I love how pants just slip so easily over this material, and because of the material my sweat evaporates whereas cotton underwear stays wet from sweat. They don't ride up and aren't tight on panty line which is what I needed and why I bought them!Months later these have become my favorite and anytime I put other underwear on I end up taking them off and putting these on. So looks like these are my new preferred underwear and I will continue to buy! I love them and they just make all the difference for me! Very happy!A note in case Fruit of the Loom is reading this: I wish we could buy packs of the same color! :)
