08-03-2026This is an amazing tablet for my 9 year old daughter, she loves the color and I love that it comes with a screen protector case with an attachment stand . A few months after purchasing the tablet it stop charging, after trying different chargers nothing worked, so i've reached out to the seller expressing my issue and the seller sent me a brand new tablet. That was very kind of the seller to do that i'm so thankful.

08-03-2026Bought one on Feb 7th and immediately had issues, particularly with WiFi. It either wouldn't connect or did connect but reported "No Internet". Multiple other wireless devices in the house had no such issue. The other problem I had was with the unit "going to sleep" and not waking up. Pressing the power button would not wake the tablet up. Pressing the power button and holding for 5 to 10 seconds would not wake the tablet up. Holding the power button for 15 seconds or more and plugging in the charging cord even though the unit was already fully charged, finally woke the tablet up. These two issues combined made for a particularly unpleasant experience - especially since this was for my four year old child. Returned the unit on Feb 8th

08-03-2026I purchased this tablet for my niece for her birthday. She absolutely loves this tablet! It is actually our second tablet as another one was purchased prior for her brothers. The first tablet has provided hours of educational fun and entertainment which is why we bought a second one. Unfortunately, the second tablet had encountered a physical malfunction and therefore we reached out to the manufacturer with little hope of a suitable resolution. To my surprise, the company replied back quickly and was extremely helpful. They completely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this product!

08-03-2026All 3 of my kids absolutely love this tablet! I bought a different brand around Christmas time because this brand was out of pink and had to refund it within 20days. I ended up checking again and they had pink so I ordered that one and no complaints ! Works great! Battery stays charged ! Kid friendly with parent control! Picture quality is amazing! Absolutely worth this price ! Especially for the size of this tablet!
