08-03-2026I think this device is meant to be used on bellies with a more flatter surface; so later on in my workout journey? It's pretty short in length and with that observation I think with adding weights on both sides would cause pain and internal cramping in my tummy region.

08-03-2026I was first intrigued by another similar product on social media but when I read the reviews I thought I would give it a shot. It was beyond worth it and for a fraction of the price. For reference I’ve only used two 15 pound dumbbells so I don’t know if larger weight will affect it but so far it’s held up amazingly! I bought two actually! If you’re in the edge, get this one. So worth the price!

08-03-2026I've used this with neoprene dumbbells weighing up to 20 Lbs each. So far it's been holding well, but I think that anything heavier than 30 lbs might start slipping out the straps. It's been doing it's job so far. I use it mostly for hip thrusts at home.
