Got them for my son they fit perfect. We're them evrytime be goes out on his scooter!
Alongside a helmet, this gear was purchased with the ambition to start practicing tricks on my skateboard. I already know I'm going to fall so many times, so let's minimize the severity of my injury if not avoid them at all. The black goes well with any outfit you may be wearing, and the coverage is sufficient for my build.
Don’t hesitate I was very hesitating about buying this set of protective gear after looking at so many I decided to go with this one. I am so glad I did. The price was just right. The color of pink is pretty. I am about 212 and the knee pads fit perfectly With a little room, they are soft have enough padding or cushion if I fall while I am roller skating the wrist protectors fit perfect with a little give room. I don’t have anything negative to say about this set i’m glad I made the right choice by buying this set and I hope you do the same. Happy shopping.
I ordered a small based on reviews from others similar in height and weight but that’s a nope. The wrist guards and elbow pads are perfect but the knee pads are a huge NO! Too small and tight. Thank goodness I have knee pads already that I bought locally!! I have muscular legs so a medium in the knee pads would’ve worked better! But overall, ordering the right size, these are good! I’m glad to have wrist guards and elbow pads!
I am pretty happy with these. Yes they are cheap material, that's fine cause it matches their cost. I really just wanted a pair of cheap pads that I could learn to skate with. Something that makes sure I'm not getting too banged up while I'm just learning the basics. This was hard to find because I have giant thighs and can never find knee pads that fit. My upper arms are also kinda chubby and elbow pads I've tried before fit but not comfortably. I'm 5'3" and 190lbs. My thighs are 19" and my upper arms are 14" the large size fits me pretty good. There is probably enough room on the knee pads for a 20" thigh to fit relatively comfortably. If the top strap were Ionger you might be able to make it work for a little larger cause the sleeve its self is very stretchy. Get cheap option for chubby people who are just learning. Once I get better I'll feel better about spending more money on a nicer set but for now these are fantastic.
Mi Nena tiene 7 años le quedaron super bien de buena calidad, bonitas y comodas
The description doesn't mention that these are for children but my 16 year old daughter who is only 5'1" and very thin couldn't fit these items. I'm guessing they're for ages 5-10 maybe? Don't waste your money if you're teenager or adult.
Pros — I love the fastening system. Flybar uses the same fastening system for elbow and knee pads as they (and most companies) do for wrist guards. For the knee pads there are two, 2” straps that are part of the material that secures the main pad. These lash first. Then over them, you lash two 1 1/2” stretch velcro straps using pullback eyelet fasteners. This provides for a stable knee (and elbow) pad that has some flexibility, but does not flop around. Because of this system, you can put the knee pads on before or after your skates, and you can adjust them as you skate. Because of the fastening system, the pads are not confining, and they are cooler than the stretch nylon fabric and strap system (See *** below).Sizing. Okay, the chart included by Flybar is not of much help. I needed a medium elbow pad and large wrist and knee pads. The key measurements for fit should be circumference measurements above/below the particular joint. Here is my sizing chart for the Flybar pads that I have (approximate — if you’re close, go to next size up):Wrist Med: 5-6 1/2"; Wrist Large: 6-8"Elbow Med: 10 1/2 - 12 1/2" Elbow Large: N/AKnee Med: 8-11 1/2" Knee Large: 12-16"Bottom line: I love these pads.My Uses: inline skating and cave exploration.Customer Service. Out of the medium pads I bought only the elbow pads fit. I searched everywhere for a similar pad. Nothing. So I went to the Flybar website and explained my problem. I received an email that said call us. I did. No call waiting menu. I talked directly to customer service. They told me to keep the pads and they sent me large wrist and knee pads. That is customer service. Fixing the problem.5 STARS!***Most elbow and knee pads use a stretch nylon fabric and velcro straps. Personal preference: I cannot stand the nylon fabric because it is inconvenient, confining, and warm. Inconvenient because it has to be put on before the skate; confining because it squeezes the knee, calf, and thigh; and warm because it causes me to sweat. Then you usually get 1” velcro straps to go over the nylon fabric, but if you can’t stand the nylon wrap, then you just have 1” straps which provide loose fastening by themselves.
Good material and good coverage
Overall great for my 9 year old. Bought these for her to use when rollerblading. The real standouts are the hand/wrist guards. They have a hard plastic part in the palm that does a great job of taking scrapes when she falls and braces her fall with her hands.
Super cute, very strong, very safe. I love it <3

We have a new mission – to own the backyard. We want to get kids off the screens and back outside so that they can experience the same passion for outdoors that we did while growing up. Remember when we had to get back home for dinner because the street lights came on? Kids these days don’t know that rule. We’re doing our best to change that!
How did we get our start? In the early 1900's, George Hansburg formed Flybar, Inc. which has since become the world's largest pogo stick manufacturer. Flybar has sold over 25 million pogo sticks in nearly every country worldwide.
What have we been up to?Flybar has continued to expand. In addition to pogo sticks, we offer foam pogo hoppers, trick boards, animal hoppers, hopper balls, ride-on vehicles, skateboards, scooters, safety gear, sleds, preschool toys and more.
Why do we love what we do?We believe in healthy, active play and want to bring joy and smiles for generations to come.
