TikTok sent me straight here to buy one of these. Why? Because it said it would help with my stress levels by lowering cortisol with the vibrations, along with better circulation. Walking does the same thing, as well as just going to a gym-but who has time for the gym these days when you have a husband who is high-maintenance, right?So, I've had this for about a month now and can say with certainty that it might probably work if I was consistent. The few times I was able to make time to use this, I vibrated for about 20 minutes at varying speeds and levels and did not break a sweat. I didn't experience tingling or itching like the influencers said they did. Then again, I didn't rub the ginger oil over myself after or before, so that may have something to do with it.This vibration plate is solid, though. It works exactly as advertised. I'm happy with it and one day, I may be able to use it consistently. If you're looking for one, I would recommend this one. The price is reasonable.

My friend has a $200 vibration plate and loves it. I was not about to spend that so after a lot of researching and review reading I bought this one. It sat in the box for about a week before I tried it and I wish I’d opened it right away. This thing is great! It is VERY quiet. I used it in the living room while everyone was watching tv and no one could tell. I can get on it first thing in the morning when everyone else is asleep and no one has a clue. It really relaxed my shoulders and neck, I can feel a definite difference after using it. I also have a cold/a lot of sinus congestion that it helped with. My friend gets a pillow and lays her chest across the vibration plate and “jiggles out the junk”. Just standing on it really loosened up my junk and helped me rid it.It’s built very sturdy, does suction to the floor and my 230lb husband can use it with no problem. My favorite part is that it has a remote AND a control panel you can adjust it with. I’m just sure we will misplace the remote at some point so having the panel on the machine so we can still use it was key for me as some do not.

I’m using this more for pain management. I’ve noticed a difference on how I feel overall. I feel the tension leave the lower-back, neck and shoulders. My teenager, has used to for exercises.He states it definitely adds challenges to his workouts.I took it with me to visit family. My grandparents, tried it and ended up keeping mine. I did notice my 90 yr old grandma walked better after using it. She also stated she slept all night every night after using it. My grandpa, he has edema in his lower legs. He used it 2 times a day. I did notice after the evening session his swelling was less than normal. They were using just by sitting in a chair and placing feet on device.I will be buying another one for myself. I’ve recommended this to others looking into vibration therapy. I purchased the mini. I would recommend anyone wanting to sit on it purchase the standard size. The mini is small. The only one able to sit on the device is my 5 yr old. She uses it as well. It helps her relax before bed. I’ll update as time goes on for anything else that it helps with.

I didn't really know what to expect when I purchased this. I was looking for a way to exercise my muscles without increasing my heart rate too much. I wanted to work on my core and leg muscles and improve my balance.This was a perfect choice for me. It works well and isn't too loud when in use. I use it while watching tv. The preprogramed options are super easy to use. The pre-programed option I have used lasts 10 minutes and has varying speed during that time. I just stood on it and also did a few squats....or at least what I would consider a squat for me and my old knees. :) The circulation in my legs improved during each session. If you have sensitive feet, I wouldn't recommend using it barefoot, I would wear a pair of flip flops or shoes. I did notice that my thigh muscles were sore like I had been doing a major workout after only two days of use. I purchased the plat-pink. It is a nice color, sturdy, and not too heavy. I can move it around the house ok. I found it and the remote easy to use. I am enjoying this purchase,

I’m autistic, and I read that these can be relaxing for people with autism and trauma. I was skeptical about other claims, like pain relief or help with bloating or lymphatic drainage or weight loss. But I’ve had this for a week and I’m addicted. I use it morning and night. And it’s good for all things. First, it’s incredibly relaxing to me. It feels like a full body massage of all my inner organs when I sit on it. I could sit on it for hours. I have to force myself to stop. But in a week I was down ten lbs. obviously that’s not fat, it’s water weight. But my goodness I didn’t know I was carrying that much water weight, and it does feel good to lose that bloating. It also always makes me go to the bathroom more, which is proof the lymphatic drainage works. And I was having knee pain that was making just going for a walk feel difficult, and this fixed that too. My joints work again. I had no idea how much a vigorous shaking could help! I like it just to help me wake up in the morning. I sit on it first thing with a coffee and just shake myself awake. Get all the blood flowing. I can’t believe I lived so long without it. I just love it.

It is a good size, manageable . It works as stated. I have had less than a week and I have already noticed improvements. Good price. Very sturdy.
